Paragon Films, Inc. Review

Their Nexus stretch film is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!
There's absolutely NO CONSISTENCY from one roll to the next!!
Two rolls out of a pallet of twenty might give satisfactory performance. The rest will break every 2nd or 3rd pallet. Then the really bad rolls will break 3 or 4 times on ONE PALLET!!!

Paragon is a great company to work for and work with. Great workplace environment, and a quality management team that sincerely cares for their employees.

1 star because it doesn't allow -5. Been waiting 6 hours and still not loaded. Avoid coming here!

Horrible customer service they give you a dock and they sit in the office.They will not load you until after 2.5 hours. I cannot come here again

Got hired on full time through a temp agency. Worked there for a total of 6-7 months. Was recently fired yesterday after being suspended indefinitely Thursday afternoon on April 18,2019 for A team 1 safety violation I was holding a box cutter without safety gloves because I had left mine at home and didn t find the person who could give me gloves at the time so I was going to proceed to use the box cutter accordingly until someone noticed I had the box cutter without wearing safety gloves and without and warning or notice I was escorted off the property and told I was under investigation until further notice. I had to call them for an update on my current employment status because I was hoping I wasn t going to lose my job over that but the way I was escorted out I immediately started applying for new jobs. Keep in mind that I ve never done anything wrong, always followed the rules, I had a clean slate but was let go over this reason. The sad part is that I didn t even get to explain my reasoning for not having gloves or nothing period. I also told other people the reason for the company letting me go and they believed it was a different reason for firing me but they blamed it on that, because no one would fire someone over one minor safety violation especially if they have a clean record. Starting off they were good to me but seeing that I didn t even get a word in before being terminated indefinitely did suck because of my situation outside of work. I wish everyone there the best of luck and this is definitely an experience to remember.

This company sucks..it product is not good..they are a very racial company to work for..when u suppose to be a warhouse with 20yrs under ur belt and u treat ur employee like dirt ..what does that say about ur company..So in my eyes there are running a sweatshop for they employee...

Not sure if it was because of the beer-flu 2020 I was loaded in 1hour. Reading the reviews I wanted to reject the load. Took a walk in the grass with my wife and that one hour flew by.

They sure take their time to load a truck it's been 3hours I'm on dock still waiting

Matt with Paragon Films is simply the best. He is not only so wonderful at what he does and the product that he delivers, but he is amazing to work with! He captured our wedding day in a way that nobody else could have, and we are forever grateful for him. Because of him, we have the most magical moments of the best day of our lives captured and we can relive that day through the amazing footage for the rest of our lives. He captured all of the gorgeous moments, from my first look with my dad to my first look with my husband, all the way through the dancing, toasts, and sparkler sendoff. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt. All we can say is book him for your wedding- you will NOT regret it!!! We love you, Matt!
