My tv didnt work in my room...the toilet was rocky..this was my 1st bad experience here and i have been going here and staying since open...room 1189 south tower was a bad experience...

Been here before Covite now very few waitresses. Only 1 restaurant opened. RV PARK OPEN

My husband and i went on April 28th 2017 it was the worst experience. We went to park there were like 5 guys just standing talking never came to get our car finely my husband got out and asked if they were still taking cars. Then in side the service was just as bad we go to all the casinos but that one is one that I will never go back i will make sure my friends don't go too.

It was amazing the alligators were the most incredible animals I have seen there were close up and the food was great also cash Parts a plus

Watch out for needles in the hallway. They also have a tendency to check you out without your approval. What a joke this place is even the pizza guy said we couldn't have picked a worse place to stay at. Avoid at all costs

I came to spend the weekend here with my family and there is a black lady over the indoors pool have a very nasty and unpleasant attitude. This make make want to the front desk and ask for a refund back.

I visited this past weekend. I was very displeased with the way the buffet was handled. The recent changes made it very uncomfortable for me and my wife.We have enjoyed for years now not so much.

Love the casino/resort. Lots of things to do besides gamble. There is a 3 screen theater showing current movies, a spa, an excercise room, an outdoor and an indoor pool, great restaurants and bistro.

Hotel is really huge! Stay was actually amazing. Rooms we cleaned and the staff was so so friendly and welcoming to myself and my family. There isn't one thing that I would want to change about the visit by later beside staying longer

If you like to play , stay away; very very tight very very poor pay out

We like to take the scenic drive to Marksville to the Paragon Casino every once in a while to play a few slot machines and eat at their wonderful buffet. Parking is easy and there are many options for eating and entertainment. The day spa is great and the alligators in the lobby are really cool. Take in a movie, a live show, have a swim or play some golf. Bring your camper or stay in the large hotel.

Always a fun time no matter if its playing arcade games with my kids or having mommy time playing the slots... it's a great play to go an have something to do for any age on any mood... between watching a movie, dinning, playing games, swimming or even sleeping....

Too smokey and different coin machines all mixed together side by side have to hunt for what you want.

Tightest slot machines in Louisiana. Don't expect to win.

This is my home away from home! I am a frequent visiter of the Paragon. Three to six visits a week, next I would like to enjoy some of your perks. Rooms, spa, movies, etc.... This would turn my frown upside down! :)

Great place to go relax beautiful atmosphere just totally great place to go relax wish it was closer to home so I could go off and need a lot of relaxing the staff treats you is if you're part of the family they make sure you have anything and everything you need drinks always coming around you don't have to sit for hours waiting on minutes upon minutes waiting for a drink

Rooms need to be updated light bulbs burned out in bathroom shower fixtures broken TV wasn't working phone look like it was from the 1960s elevator was out of service had to use service elevator paid $20 a person for dinner buffet and only a third of it was open food was cold not very tasty at all would not recommend this hotel to anybody

Not so great service as we expected went for our 1 year anniversary and the staff was rude and very ugly to us defiantly never going back again

Love it it's great for the kids and myself because the kids can go to the movies we go to the pool while we go to the casino

COLD food, and not that tasty. What happened? The buffet was very good at one time. I used to drive from Baton Rouge just to have the buffet.

It's a great place to work.Its has everything you need for a great stay.

Beautiful place, but prepare for a little racism if you're black. We went during someone else's family reunion, and the pools had a small congregation of Black folks. White folks came to the pool, looked, and walked off. Next thing you know, "pool maintenance" was required, and we had to get out. (Insert side-eye here) Good machines, good food, good drinks, pretty place, and racist white folks. (Some, not all)

I spent lots of money in this place..use to win a little every now and then..Now .payback sucks...machines r are so tight now...that y I go to Biloxi at least you get rewards and free nite stays...and much more free play....

This is not my first time here, but it is the worse. The drain in the shower is very slow and the TV has horrible reception that was not limited to my room.

Beautiful place. Loved the movie theater inside of the building. Great alligator display. Nice play area & arcade for kids

Sparkling beckoning electronic eye candy everywhere. Roxy's Grill was delicious, as always. The Bottomless Brownie Pie is probably very tasty; but, wish they served chocolate cake slices.

Buffet was cold and not very clean stuff don't come around enough

I love this place it's awesome..so many different things to do here beside gambling...go to the cinema. There is two swimming pools one inside an one outside..also there is a an a walking trail.... so maybe you should check it out for ur self...

Campground was awesome. But the service in the casino sucked . I was there from 830 to 230 and I had someone ask if I wanted a drink 3 times. To me that's horrible considering I was tipping

Was there just for some fun. The staff was friendly and service was good. Had a very good dinner at Legends Restaurant. Plus, we came out ahead for the evening.

Saturday night buffet was great! Waiter was friendly and was on top of her game! Food was delicious! Wasn't to crowded! Service was amazing

We stayed at the RV park in one of the cabins. This was our second time staying for Thanksgiving and we had a blast. The cabin was clean, the park was well secured and there were shuttles passing by often to take you to the casino and restaurant. We would definitely stay again.

Paragon is a wonderful place to go and eat. They have a variety of restaurants to chose from. Some of the staff are very caring and helpful. Paragon is always clean every time I go in there and you can also sit down to relax and play your favorite slot game if it is available.

Reasons for 2 star review:

-Air condition did not sufficiently cool room, even at night.
-Low shower water pressure with minimal hot water, ie. Hot water lasts only a few minutes
-Bedding smelled of cigarettes even though we stayed on non-smoking floor
-Key cards stopped working on multiple occasions; were not in contact with cell phones
-Dinner buffet not worth the cost, ie food quality.

Great service and a fun atmosphere for gaming and enjoying yourself.

The hallways were filthy, they were really dark, all there is is lamps and theres only 60 channel on the tv and theres no mini fridge and the other ppl have mini fridges and theres supposed to be two double beds when theres only one. Though, they let us bring our dogs in.
