Saw Styx at the Mari ball room. Loved the view and the show. Will look to go to another.

I like their hot tubs I actually like all of their pools and I like their Buffett.

Rooms dirty, hallways filthy, bad odors in rooms. Not looking good for Paragon. No more visits for me and friends.

I love the hotel, restaurants and entertainments but I always lost money when gambling.

The casino is great. Had a few cleanliness issues with the hotel... had us waiting for an hour after we got in our room... in the hall... kids sleeping on the floor until they could find us clean sheets.. I say a few issues because the women that came to help did try very hard to make it happen but earlier staff had not done their job properly obviously

Very dirty... needs to be rebuilt.

The rooms are over priced and the service at their restaurants are horrible. It takes forever to get food and it's over priced.

I visit Paragon Casino often. The hotels are always clean and the staff os always professional and courteous.

Room was dirty. Toilet wasn t fixed until almost 10 pm It didn t flush when we arrived. Maintenance man found an old bar of soap they don t even use anymore stuck in it. Pools are dirty and full of hair and bugs. Cloudy water. We got the mini suite. Do not recommend

Love it. Nice atmosphere. Something for everybody. Ice bar is slamming.

I enjoyed my stay at the Paragon hotel and playing slots. The service is A+. This is home with all its coziness. Go there and enjoy being in a comfort zone.

The Paragon is very entertaining even when you first walk in. When you first walk in, they have bridges with multiple pools of water, inside the pools they have turtles, alligators, and catfish all swimming around. I have been visiting the Paragon since I was a kid and watching them swum around is just as amazing as the first time I saw it. They have a section where kids can go off and play with the parents go and have fun. The food is really good.

The machines are so tight you can't win anything. They got to Greedy and now they're going downhill.

Not my favorite.. very tight slots and electronic craps and roulette had high minimum. Might as well play real table..free drinks while gambling.

Free room was nasty... ..period...won't stay there again..tried to get management on the phone..wouldn't come to the phone nor call me back...sad..machine are way to tight for.me..what happen to grand casino...Trying my favor place again,really hope this time everything going turns out good..I played there here recently.Machine were looer,but not great..Still won some.i totally understand it takes alot to run a casino or maybe I don't. OK,STAY NUMBER 3 ROOM WAS VERY NICE.STAFF WAS EXCELLENT.

Too nosy. Radios blaring all day and evening long. Seems to have no security any more. Worst resort I stayed in all winter.

Wonderful place to spend a few dollars on a weekend.

My mother and i we're bitten by spiders.over the weekend.

Spent a night in this hotel and woke up to bed bug bites. Contacted management who stated that they have only had 4 other incidents of bed bugs since she started working there. Asked what was the procedures for customers with bed bugs and it was to ask us to check out after the medical guy asked to take our blood pressure and give us ice packs. This place is unbelievable! We took pictures and video of the bugs and the bites but were told they didn t have bedbugs in our room.

You win some and you lose some either way there is fun to be had... Nice line up of entertainment and entertainers... A movie theatre... Club, bar, eateries as in unique little restaurants. Gaming and slots and levels of play... High stakes games and gaming. I enjoy myself every time and if you're a member there are complimentary gifts, points of value, and other gifts and discounts that or getting better always. Great experience it was for me!

I come here with my grandma. She loves to come here n play

I worked my very first job the year this place was built... it's home for me... great food, great food... everything in one place!!!

Really cool, live alligators, outstanding golf course, and pretty good hotel rooms, as well as decent restaurants.

This is for the RV resort. I am a Good Sam Club Deluxe Member for many years. Never have had to complain before. People let me tell you This so called Security at Paragon is a joke. Our 600.00 cooler was stolen out the back of our truck earlier Monday morning. They say they have SECURITY....AND after finding out this has not been the first time. Neither Good Sam or Paragon will do anything about it in fact they have refused. We there for a couple of months and this only make you sick and go find another place. Its not even worth it. Why don't they have security camera if they have all this security? Just letting you all know DO NOT LEAVE anything outside your RV that you don't want stolen. You want get any help from either Paragon nor Good Sam .

It's home for me and they try their best to make sure you feel that way while you stay them. The music for the younger generation is there for them and the entertainment for the middle to the elders adults is on the ready for us. Thanks for the good service that was provided during our stay at the Paragon Casino Resort we will be back soon.

Hard to get service while playing and long wait for food at Roxies....food was cold

Yesterday I checked in, the desk had a small line but it wasn't enough to even notice how long I waited. I got my key and room # OH EVERY ONE IN THE CASINO ASKED TO SEE MY ID CARD WHEN I MADE A PURCHASE. This meant alot. Got to room , I booked one with jet tub it did not have one. I called to see what they had open. So I got upgraded for free. I would of paid the difference. Front desk was so nice and so helpful. First impression can make or break you're visit. The new room rocked, king size bed and living room area with couch, tv ,chairs, end tables and a wet bar. I will be back and I would highly recommend. Today we are going to swim, take the nature trail and chill in the hotel. So check this place out guys!

Dirty shower curtain. Bed had strange smell. Non-smoking room foumd ashes on ground. Super dusty surfaces.

This review is strictly based on the booking process for this hotel. I called to book a room for my company s ball which required us to call and use a code. First, the reservation clerk hung up on me three times before they actually picked up the call. When I finally got through, the clerk was laughing and when she stopped, was rude brought the booking. When I told her I had a group code, she huffed. Then, she didn t even ask what type of room I preferred even though there were two types available. I had to ask her which type she booked and request her change it to the other. When the booking was complete, she asked if there was anything else I needed, to which I replied, no but thank you for your help. She said mmm hmm and hung up on me. I always use good manners on the phone and was incredibly polite to her, so I feel like her phone demeanor was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I don t expect much from this property, but the incredible lack of professionalism was offputting. Lucky her she didn t say her name or I would include it. Let s hope the event and stay is better!

Hotel rooms are very dirty. We had to change rooms three times to get a suitable room. Night staff was very helpful and understanding. They did everything possible to find us a good room. However I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice place to get a away swim and play and have fun, family oriented.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. We stayed in the main hotel, had a wonderful room with a very large bathroom, and very cute alligator soap. We enjoyed the casino very much, liked seeing the live alligators, and had a wonderful but short visit. Would definitely go back!

Best 21st birthday ever! The seafood buffet was 10/10 and the drinks were super yummy too. The staff at the buffet were extremely professional, friendly, and clean. There was one floor lady in the casino who was also extremely helpful!

The event I attended was in one of the ballrooms across from the Mari Center. Drinks were served. The ballroom was just large enough to house the auction I was attending.

Thanks to Val, The rooms look like everything was rush before we got here from a 6hr trip. Now mind you I have braids in my hair, so there shouldn't be NO STRINGS of hair period! & the room smelled like someone just step out the shower with soap particles still in the tub! The bed was very uncomfortable until I pulled the 2inch bed mattress padding back & then the bed felt comfortable. Until we look at the sheets and seen hair, and then hair on the cup in the bathroom, hair in the sink, & the shower door wasn't clean. Overall, the food from Roxy's was good, but they could've done better with housekeeping. I know, I work in housekeeping! The rooms should be spectacular for us to feel like home with a casino, 3 pools, a movie theater, & about 3 shopping areas for out of town ppl. At least change the lamp in the room instead of leaving it with a crack for guest to see.

Bey vacant, due to covid-19, but is open... Even the buffet is open

I love going eat at the buffet. Especially on Fridays or Saturdays when they have crab legs. The variety is amazing. There is something for everyone. And the dessert is so delicious you have to get more than one. The buffet is not that expensive either. You pay just as much as any other restaurant but get 100 times the food.

Stayed at RV park, that was excellent. Casino was good, enjoyed the new automated roulette, you play at your own pace. Did not love the breakfast buffet, food was not great. Food temperatures were not ok, and variety was small. Will definitely visit again, but not buffet.

Too Loud...Went to movies with granddaughter who was off from school. She held her hands over her ears most of the movie.

Terrible! Hair in the shower, door was open after looking there was a washcloth propping the door open. Casino was just about empty and the front desk clerk gave us the last room in the south tower. Couldn t tell if you were getting hot water or not because it was broken. Floor service horrible!! We ate at Roxy s service terrible! All the waitresses were in a corner talking, they never came back to see if we wanted a refill on our drinks. We go out of our way to go there and we won t be back! Not to mention this place smells of smoke and is filthy!!! Needs major upgrading.

I like the big beds and the rooms are so quite. I can sleep good there. Like being on the top floor. You can have your food and drinks to come to your room. Will go back in July.

It was fun, exciting, and the food at Roxys was pretty darn good. I would tell everyone to go and have fun.

I really did like this casino. Not very crowded. And I like that. Won a ton of money and brought it back to Texas. Going back in May. Anyone from Caldwell or surrounding area that want to go on the bus can contact me and I can give you info. If I dont know I can tell you who to call. It's a long bus ride but worth it.

Hotel is overpriced and not up to par. Shower grungy. No services. 11 am checkout without storage for luggage.

Room 1137 of the South tower is INFESTED. My family and I booked a room for a weekend on October 11, we were there for about an hour when we attempted to put fruit in the small fridge in the room, there was a significant amount of roaches in and around the fridge and the cabinet that holds the fridge. As one of my family members laid in the bed, we noticed bugs crawling around in the bed... the bed was infested with bed bugs. We then called the front desk that were completely unconcerned about the roaches or the bed bugs, however the front desk eventually called housekeeping after we had to call the front desk them 3 times to address the matter. Sadly, housekeeping only offered to change the bed linens(What would that do to get rid of the bed bugs). At this point, we knew this situation had to escalated, we asked housekeeping for a manager or supervisor, she advised, there were neither on duty at around 8pm, but she did offer to call security, which came in and took reports from myself and 2 other family members, they also collected some of the bugs in ziploc bags for their report...I guess. Even worst, now we are left dealing with doctor visits and doctor bills for the bites that 1 of my family members has encountered. Needless to say, this was one of the worst visits yet at Paragon Casino. Security eventually contacted the front desk and had us moved to the North tower, upon arriving to this room, there was a spider crawling on one of the pillows on one of the beds, the security guard killed the spider and collected it in a ziploc bag as well. We were on edge the entire time we were in the rooms. Not a very good experience at all. Paragon Casino U MUST DO BETTER!!! This is completely unacceptable!!! I have attaced a few pictures of the bugs and the bites and swelling that my daughter has encountered. If there are bed bugs and roaches in one room, clearly they are in the rooms next door. Paragon, please address this situation...

It's a rather nice place to visit. Just don't plan to stay........, it gets expensive lol

The rooms are not very clean, especially the bathrooms and some of the house keepers are rude.

Decent resort for having a fun night. Not very clean though. Spotted several roaches. Other than that, square business. Also lost $20, but that's because I gambled due to my addictive nature. Sigh.

It is a very quiet room with spacious rooms very clean !!

I'm writing this for my mom, she is 79 yrs old,she was assaulted last week, April 14,2018 went to the bathroom at 6am and someone was waiting in the next bathroom stall, this person went under the stall and attacked my mom, dragged her out of the stall and stole her purse, my mom was yelling and no security was around, so thankful for the lady and gentleman who helped her. Make a long short story, my mom ended up with 2 broken fingers, and a laceration to her thumb, and left her traumatized, my mother was in shock as well, have been in contact with the casino as well as the tribal police and this person is well know there in the casino and has done it before, my mom has ID'd her and no arrest has been made, the casino has told us they are not responsible for anything..Paragon we are sooooo disappointed and angry, my mom has been going there for years, and now this happens to her... we will see what happens next. Please do not go to the bathroom by yourself this person tends to wait for the next victim....

Cocktail waitress there was terrible the pass you by once every two hours then your beer is hot or they forget or they bring you the wrong drink

I visited Paragon Casino Resort in Marksville , Louisiana this past weekend. I was concerned that it maybe difficult getting a seat at a black Jack table. They were busy, but I had no trouble finding a table or a slot machine when I was looking . Vary well kept and staff happy to help . I also walked away a winner of a few extra dollars. I didn't stay at the resort this trip but the part of the resort that I
did see looked fabulous .They have a swamp built inside , filled with fish, gators, turtles all big size it was great i could have spent hours watching . Calming vary relaxing actually a great day at a Casino can you beleave that.

There was a awesome tattoo convention i attended... It's was good to see different art (tattoos) and artist , also had a pretty good cover band there

Over priced when a popular person is performing. Not fair. Found other accomubdations.

Our room have blood on the curtains. When we first walked to the room it was open. Super creepy. Blood and pubs all over toilet. Tv didn't work. Shower was disgusting. Vending broken. I asked to change rooms and of course they said no also out room was non refundable. Normally our stays here are ok. Not this time. Front desk seemed extremely bothered I said anything.

I went to the Paragon Casino this weekend. I have to say I was very disappointed the place wasn't as clean as it used to be. Cigarettes on the carpet dirty ash trays. Trash bin by the restaurants was over flowing. Our hotel room the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming down and the shower door was stuck and wouldn't open. Couldn't find a waitress to get a drink. Your management needs a revamping because this place needs an over haul. This Casino used to be top notch. The carpet in the South Tower hotel is fifty and dirty and trash in the corners of the walls. Stained carpet. This place needs an overhaul.
