As always in Paradores, the stay is great. A place with a lot of history in it, a pleasant environment, which offers routes for walking or cycling.
Food very good. We took advantage of the menu of the day, which was about 35 euros. Very good. Some curious and tasty starters, the creams and gazpachos, the meat as you order it and the desserts are from the area but well done.

It does not deserve even 1 star because it is old-fashioned and obsolete. It needs an urgent reform. the cafeteria looks like a tavern, more or less. to sleep peacefully but it is a bit embarrassing that they are leaving everything so old. a lot of dust ... to top it off they celebrate a wedding and completely close the common areas. the other guests are not interested if there is a wedding. The other guests who seek life. It is evident that it lacks maintenance.
IMPORTANT ADVICE TO THOSE WHO STILL HAVE NOT RESERVED: There is a hotel called MILANO REAL 15 minutes with more packaging, rooms with spectacular views, fireplaces, a spectacular kitchen worthy of the Michelin and best price. At least look at the option before booking ...

Ideal for nature activities. From the Parador they offer you all the possibilities. Cozy. Great views. Good cuisine and friendly people.

I really liked the parador, the food and I was surprised by the careful detail and attention when bringing pets.

Impressive place with stunning views and a lot of things to do, recommended to go in winter to appreciate the landscapes of the area along with that cold and spend a little time in the bar chimema !!

Iconic hostel. Wonderful views in charming establishment. The restoration is not up to par and much less breakfast, with an attention that leaves much to be desired compared to the rest of the hostels. It has fallen compared to recent years!

Old and expensive. Good views, large and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Classic furniture and decoration. Very average breakfast for how expensive it is.

Before going to a hotel I like to read the reviews to know what awaits me. On the one hand in this it is seen that there are criticisms that have become obsolete, it is not outdated, it is seen that they have been reformed and it is very very good. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well heated. The environment is wonderful to enjoy with children, next to a pine forest where you can miss a good time with them. Many activities in the area. As for cleaning everything perfect. The staff of an exquisite education, there are more or less friendly as everywhere, but all polite. Special attention to the restaurant and cleaning staff, lovely and attentive at all times. I do not understand that people complain about breakfast, I do not know that they have breakfast at home, but there is absolutely everything and obviously you have to ask for fried eggs, it makes no sense to fry 10 eggs to freeze on a tray, if you want one You ask for it and they do it at the moment. Another criticism I have read complained about wooden floors. Of course they sound, like all wooden floors, that's why there are carpets in the hallways. It does not bother at all and makes the hostel more cozy. In short it is a perfect place, in a perfect environment and with a more than reasonable price for what it offers. We should look more at what a 3-star hotel of this price offers in any other country in Europe. Price unsurpassed and personal price of 10. We have been great and it is a shame that the snow does not leave us stuck here so as not to have to return to the routine and traffic of Madrid.

A star because there is no less, it is supposed to be dog friendly but do not let a dog be on an outdoor terrace. Shameful, pure marketing, IT IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY, do not be fooled

Very well attended, the views breathtaking, the quality restaurant. The historic building well preserved, although it lacks gaps for being a historic building.

The space it occupies inside the parador, I think it should improve.
It is not welcoming and does not correspond to how adorable the establishment is.
But the quality of the dishes that we tasted was very high.

For me, I've known him for years. I give him 5 stars for the treatment, the kindness, the attention. Perfect place to rest after a long journey through Gredos or just to rest a couple of days and get to know the area that is beautiful At any time of year.

We were only in the restaurant and it's really worth it. The cheeses and crumbs are half rations and are already plentiful. Dishes of the zone very well elaborated and the excellent treatment.

A little more light outside. And the temptations the theme of the TV and the doors would put a lane in to be able to watch TV from the bed

Magnificent and strategic location, in Gredos, with direct access to a thousand-year-old pine forest, with large green spaces where you can enjoy and take long walks at magnificent temperatures, even in Summer at any time of day.

As always when we go to a parador, the quality, the surroundings and the exquisite treatment.
I absolutely recommend not only the parador de gredos but any of them.

A simple but very cozy inn, with a more than friendly staff. Magnificent situation to explore the Sierra de Gredos, and excellent views from the inn itself. There is even a small circular route through a pine forest, 3.5 km at the foot of the parador.

Unbeatable dituavion in nature. I was more likely to read breakfast and the hostel is very nice. The room for three small for what it costs and with a sofa bed that is less comfortable
