A brilliant place for kid and adults. The new dinosaur attraction is like being in DISNEYLAND! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The animals all look super healthy and well cared for. I am looking forward to a return visit.

It's our annual tradition to go to Paradise Wildlife Park so we were thrilled when it opened again last month
My daughter loves it even though she's now in her 20s
She's a keen photographer and she wasn't disappointed being able to get some great shots of her favourite animals including the elusive snow leopard and the cheeky meer cats
A great family day out with plenty to see and do for the kids

The dinosaurs were extremely poor, cobwebs hanging from them, so bad they were actually funny. The actual zoo was really good, however works are happening so some birds of paradise were not around and the major cages were still being built

A fantastic day out for the whole family.
I go every February for the speedway reunion when many old stars of the oval circuit meet to swap stories of days gone while current stars can look to the future of our great sport

Always a good wildlife park but has even much improved with all the new work that has been done since our last visit, exceptionally enjoyable experience for all ages if your as bigger animal lover as me have fun

Great destination for the little ones! Plenty of kids play equipment in various parts of the park (the big multi-lane slide being a particular highlight) all included in the entry fee. I was very impressed by the viewing platform (tiger treetops) that traverses the big cat territory that contains an impressive range of big cats.

A really fun day out!
You can really see the massive investment that's been made recently. Some incredible new enclosures - the animals seem very happy.
The play areas are varied and full of good activities.
I would highly recommend taking a trip here, especially if you've been in the past. You'll hardly recognise the place for all the right reasons.

Not as big as I thought. The kids loved the splash pool, play area and the dinosaur park more than the animal park. It was clean but toilets were lacking especially when I went there was 3 toilets outside the dinosaur park and 1 had a block so there was a waiting cue

Great day out. A must visit as couple or family. Something for everyone to see of all ages. Incredibly friend staff all over the Wildlife Park. Keepers are very knowledgeable about their animals.
The new White Lion enclosure looks superb, will be back to visit it once it's open. Parking was easy and free. You get your hand stamped so you can return to your vehicle and then gain entry back in to the Wildlife Park without any issues.

It's a shame because I really liked this place because it had a wide variety of animals and other creatures. But this time around I was sorely disappointed do to the lack of variety they had compared to the years I visited before. The only thing I would say that has improved was the addition of Jurassic park which I must say was superb. That was a nice touch. I feel it could be developed further in the future and if done right, would make for an amazing experience. I would still recommend at least one visit to see for yourself as this place has great potential.

Beautiful zoo, nicely laid out and plenty to see and do. A little pricey but kept all ages in our group entertained for approx 5 to 6 hours. We took a picnic and hard to find space to sit and eat it but well worth a trip.

Great little zoo with plenty of opportunities to see the animals at close quarters and good to see that they are enlarging some of the enclosures, especially the lion pen which does seem quite small. We saw a few of the big cats pacing up and down repeatedly but I'm not sure if this mirrors wild behaviour in any way or if it reflects anticipation or stress.

The new dinosaur section is brilliant, probably the best dinosaur park we have been to and it was nice too see a Dino park ranger walking about to help with questions. In general the staff were absolutely fab, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable - a real asset to the park.

I think the only let down would be the food which is mostly fried if you want hot food and not particularly cheap. The staff may need some extra training too as my server dropped my drinks bottle on the floor then proceeded to hand it over to me. TBH most places like this don't do food that well.

We would definitely come back here, but maybe in the spring or summer when we can bring our own food and eat outside.

I had a pretty conceived idea about this place with turned out to be completely satisfied with wrong. For a start there are far more species of animals than I would have been thought. There is very little to criticise the here. Great to see the white tigers with are virtually all extinct the in the wild. A very enjoyable day.

I've been a regular visitor to Paradise and have always enjoyed the variety of cats. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful and give great talks about the animals. I would thoroughly recommend a visit!

Went on a chilly bank holiday Monday, (makes a change from it raining!) went with slight apprehension as only heard a few good things, but was pleasantly surprised! All very clean, enough animals to keep you interested for several hours and plenty of things happening around the park. Must say a well done to the keepers who made the effort to stick around and chat to people after the talks. Had a very interesting chat to one of them regarding the wolves when he didn't have too and probably had better things to be doing. One niggle, the shows in the tent need to be bit better thought out. Am sure its not easy with a room full of screaming children but all seemed a little but unprepared! All in all a pleasant and worth while trip and a good chance to try out my new camera. Well worth a look if your stuck for something to do!

Amazing day out!

Amazing day out!
The dinosaur area is so fun, the animotronic dinosaurs are interesting to see and make a lot of sounds. Feels like the set of Jurrasic Park. The animals are also wonderful to see- big cats, camels, reptiles and a range of other animals. Loads of food and drink available as well as plenty of free parking. A must see place!

Wow ! What a fabulous place . They had a dinosaur park with many realistic animatronic creatures that moved and roared in such a way that it was as if they were alive . The zoo had lots of animals including the very rare white tigers . They had many lectures , feeding the animals and theatre programs going on throughout the day . There were numerous places for the children to play in . All in all a really great day out ( We were there the whole day from morning until it closed ) . We all went home exhausted but happy !

Annual member here and love the place, for what it has and offers it has to be a 5 star rating. Sure, it does have things that could improve like the food quality in the restaurant diner but it is as expected. Great place!

The enclosures were sadly far too small for all the animals. Overall 10/10 for everything else, very friendly staff and had an amazing dinosaur area, the park itself is very nice and all the animals looked in good condition but downfall being that the enclosures were too small.

Great local zoo to keep the kids entertained. Lots of animals to see and its always making improvements. On the down side when its quiet i dont think they run all the shows which is a shame if youve spent a lot of money getting in. On the whole though i would definitely recommend it.

For a relaxed zoo experience this place is perfect. Dinosaur walk through and meet various dinosaurs throughout the day, many animals including tigers and white tiger, monkeys, lemurs, camels, meerkats, red panda, reptiles and exotic birds.
Lagoon area for kids to splash around in on hot days.
Plenty of picnic tables surrounded by play areas.

We went in August during kids holidays, it was busy but still very comfortable and chilled out.
Definitely recommend this place.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. Our first visit but definitely not going to be our last. The variety of animals is incredible, and you always see staff wondering into the pens checking up on them. My girlfriend was in a wheelchair and it has to be the best wheel chair friendly zoo I've been to. The staff were very helpful and we never waited long for a disabled pathway to be opened. Everything is reasonably priced there from admisson to food. The childrens areas looked great fun and very safe. Great day had by all

Love this place - good value, not too busy that you have to queue to see the animals and the dinasour park is great. Great space for the LO's to just run around. You can easily spend the whole day here and have enough to do.

Lots of staff, poorly trained. Felt run down though lots of building work going on. The council were blamed for the (very) unwelcome parking charge. The talks were not aimed at children, though when prompted, staff pleasantly addressed them. Volunteer guide recounted anecdotes rather than information on big cats. Extra costs for rides left poor taste in mouth. We missed the unpublicised shows so quality unknown. Shall give it one more chance. Annual ticket holders exempt from parking charge, apparently....

So much to do and see. Food is expensive and not that great so take your own, and plenty of drinks. But the kids definitely won't be bored. Thinking of getting an annual pass as we are only 40 minutes away.
