I used to go a few times. But it got too expensive! Thats the only thing that put us off. Some enclosures the cages were empty . But after spending so much to get in and they even charge under 5s full price! Youre greeted with like a mini More

My boyfriend and I came and did an experience here. I think this is a great idea and there was so much choice on what to do. They were a little bit on the expensive side, however we purchased ours when there was a special deal. It was a.good experience and I would recommend it. I agree the enclosures are a little small but by no means do the animals look unhappy or neglected. It isn't the biggest park I've been to by was still a lovely day out and we loved the experience.
Grate day out for the whole family friendly staff good range of food grate prices can spend the whole day there very cheap pick up service from the train station I would recommend it 100% best day out I have had in a long time in going to become a yearly member kids loved it can't wait to go again
A wonderful zoo with Dinosaur area and lots of parks for the kids. Animals are well looked after and lots of viewing areas. You enter on one side of the entrance road which holds the majority of parks and slides and the dinosaur walk and then you can cross the entrance road to the animal park. Highly recommended for a family day out!
Absolutely fantastic place with loads to do, for all ages. My dinosaur loving Daughter was blown away by the Dinosaur World! It was definitely worth the 120 mile round trip lol. We will definitely be returning and would recommend it 100%.
Loved this place big cats are amazing! The big cats tour was excellent and well worth going to. Unfortunately the afternoon tea part was disappointing as your name is not reserved on the tables so it was a free for all as to who got the better tables by the windows. And the tables were only set up for two people so us (a group of 5) and several groups of 4 had to wait until they had sorted the sitting which ruined the question time with the keeper too.
We visited this park for the first time recently!! It is brilliant!! Cheaper than most places! If you book online before going its a lot cheaper! The staff are all very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!! There is loads to.see and do! More
For same money go to visit london zoo or sea life. This park can learn from them how to keep windows clean and how to arrange trees in birds cage. Disapointed.
Visited yesterday,. It was fairly busy but a lot had been put in place to keep everyone safe. As always there was people to comply to social distancing but hey ho you will get that anywhere.. Dinosaur was amazing the boys loved reading the fact and particularly liked the info about Jurrasic park.. The animal world was well spaced out and the animals were so close it was lovely too see them. We eat lunch at Safari diner and the food was good value especially for an attraction. Will definitely be back to visit again
Great place to visit whether your a child or alot older, getting close up to animals, especially the white lions was out of this world, seeing the other big cats was great, aswell as all the other animals, a truly wonderful day out, looking forward to going there again. Also go and see dino land, you'll be amazed at the different dinosaurs and their movement,
Lovely place for family with kids and adults alike. So much to do and see the park is really big with alot of animals. Really nice places to eat and have little picnics, u can see alot of the animals really close due to the glass. It was very got when we visited so the lions were inside and we got to see them up close, the kids really had fun. There is a splash pool which, again the kids went crazy for. They have lions, tigers, Jaguars, a cheetah, world smallest alligator and a tiny monkey. But there are so much more, really great day out
The new dinosaur park is amazing and well worth a visit. Visitor numbers were low, perhaps due to the almost doubling of the after school admission prices?
Amazing place. Animals are really well kept and the keepers keep the environments clean and tidy. The staff are nice and really keen on keeping all the park clean and tidy too. Play areas and entertainment are fantastic. Food is a bit pricey but good. I would suggest to buy the tickets online as they are cheaper. A very good day out especially with children, I would definitely recommend it!
This is such a great place for the kids as well as adults, there's plenty of free parking, some of which is over the road if it's particularly busy. Entrance prices are reasonable, you can spend all day here if you wanted and there's plenty to see and do. They do packages for kids birthdays which I think make a much better experience than a soft play centre. The only negative points I have are the cafe could maybe have an ordering service where you don't have to stand and wait for you order, maybe be given a number and have it brought to you, not that I mind standing but if you are queuing for a smaller item you have to wait quite a long time, and the other point was the space the Tigers have, I'm sure the park would like to give them more space if they had it
My family and I love this place. We took our son from a young age and visited again yesterday (b/h Monday 7/5) and had a lovely day. The park just gets better and better and is a great experience. However, PLEASE look at your pricing structure. 0-2 years = free. 2-15 is the next charging level and only a couple of pounds less than the adult fee. We took our two and a half year old son and from him being free the last few times, he's ow nearly as expensive as us. I cannot understand how you would pay the same amount for a two and a half year old as you would a 14/15 year old!!
I've been to quite a few zoo's as I have a friend who is a budding wildlife photographer! Paradise was a great day out, lots of animals to see and encounter, enclosures look great with good views of the animals, walkways etc, but also privacy for them. Lots of staff and zoo keepers around, who all seem very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals. Good to see the feedings and hear about the animals and see them interact with the keepers. Great day out and looking forward to coming back this year!
Not bad at all, its under a lot of construction at the moment, so all facilities are not open. Not too many animals. All you need is 2 hours there. The dinosaur side of the park seems like a waste as nothing much to see, i feel it could of been used for more animals such as giraffes, elephants, rhino s etc. Staff are excellent. A big let down is food and snacks. I would suggest taking food from home as not much on offer.
Loved the dinosaurs and the zoo, great value for money and looking forward to going back when it's not raining all day! Even the weather didn't spoil the fun we had here.
One of our favourite local attractions. Guaranteed to have a great time. We were lucky to meet staff member Brogan who was more than happy to show us around and do a little tour, even on her break! Lovely to have staff who are so genuinely passionate, caring and knowledgeable about what they do.
We spent most of the summer holidays here and we love it. It helps us stay calm and positive during these crazy times and great to spend time with my girls
Great day out. The zoo as all most become a side show compared to the dinosaur park and the shows. Still great day out, we go 2/3 times a year. In the summer the splash park is great way for the kids to cool down, can get cramped at the weekend tho.
Great for kids and plenty to do. Animals seem in good health and well looked after as well as clean inclosures. Food was overpriced and tasted awful. Bring a packed lunch would be my advice
Brilliant wildlife park, the dinosaurs are amazing and very life like. Plenty of animals to see. Food was good and reasonable. Only downside was that we paid high season prices in October when the majority of shops and attractions were closed.
As a 62 year old, I enjoyed it and would go back again. But it's even better value if you have a family, which is what it's meant for, anyway. Recommended.
Great place to go. Took three people I support two of which are in wheelchairs. Everything is wheelchair friendly Can not fault the service. Prices for food and drink are quite affordable and staff are really friendly.
A fantastic place with lots of sitting and play areas for the children. A well marked out one-way system and polite, friendly and helpful staff. There is so much to see, we didn't have time to fit everything in so we will definitely be back!
wanted to commend all the staff and operations on their management with the current covid situation. one ways actually work better than before. everything still very natural and easy for all the kids to enjoy. sanitisers everywhere for your convenience. all staff friendly! well done all of you! cant wait to come back
We went as a family thus weekend to visit. We had a great time. Loads of animals, great variety. Kids loved it (1 & 2 years old). They've got a water park thing that we unfortunately didn't know about so couldn't go in. Loads of play areas, clean and tidy. The only downside is the price of food and drink, if it was cheaper they'd have more sales ! Ice cream was a good price though. Overall we had a nice time
LOVE THIS PLACE! I have a membership here for the family and we never get tired of coming all year round. Very friendly staff. Food is good value. The Dinosaurs are amazing and very life like! Summer is brilliant as there is a paddling pool to cool down. And we love the Meerkats! Brilliant day out.
A very nice zoo. It's not massive but there's a lot to see and there are regular demos/shows on. The children's play area is very well equipped and our toddler enjoyed playing there.
