What an incredible resort!!!! My husband and I went for our 1 year wedding anniversary back in November and let's just say, the staff here made every effort to keep a smile on our face. They deserve plenty of tips as they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Definitely fill out their surveys as this is what the staff's salary depends on. You will not be disappointed!!!!

This review is not anything good about the hotel cause as a tourist the last thing you want is to be is cheated.. It's so unfair to the hotel staff who are nice but can't compliment a cheat..
We had taken a dolphin sunset cruise for us and our kids where they gave us the deal that they won't charge the half price for 4 year old kids.
Later they sold us the scuba 2 hr session which was quite expensive but for us the deciding factor was the free night fishing cruise which came free... Due to bad weather the fishing cruise was canceled... Now it may seem the fishing cruise was free so it should not matter but it had the value that it made sure we spent on the scuba... The management refused to compensate us for the cancelation... So be careful when you book any activities with them...
I challenge the management to prove that anything I said was untrue..

Beach bungalows are probably ordinary but the ocean villas though quite expensive are out of this world and are totally worth it. Even the water villa which is the most basic one out of the ocean villas is . Perfect for a 2-3 day getaway. There is a separate restaurant which serves buffets exclusive for guests at ocean villas. This entire ocean villa section is built to be hovering just above the sea. The water villa consists of the usual indoor part, the bathroom and an outdoor part which is almost as big as the indoor area. The indoor area is similar to a room of a very fine hotel. In the outdoor area which is open to the wide blue sea is where true tropical beach paradise is; an outdoor sofa, sunbathing chairs and a jacuzzi right beside one another. At night the jacuzzi can be made to light up in blue. The outdoor sofa is ideal for a relaxing read at dawn with the picturesque sight of the sun slowly rising above the sea in the background. The staircase at the edge of the outdoor area leads you to the clean and shallow water. The sea is calm and water here which is of a nice shade of blue is crystal clear and is home to a variety of beautiful little fishes. The very fine sand here is so clean and white. The bathroom can be made open towards the sea.

The resort was very pleasant, ambience and rooms were in excellent condition. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is frequented by Indians, so found almost 60 % Indians . The activities are also good. Maybe slightly on expensive side. On the negative side the service at water villa was slow. The snorkeling underwater photos provided by resort were not at all proper.
Suggestions- please have few activities and entertainment for senior citizens and kids below 10 yrs. Overall we had memorable vacation even in times of covid scare.

everything is nice accept buggy service , some people buggy services they treat us very badly , they give expression like we came here for free ... and they behave like he is our boss and he favour us . i went with my 1 year old baby , but they dont allow to bring food in room , after long conversation they allowed ..... i must say veg food is fantastic... dinner time is very awkward , 7 to 9 so you can not drink after that ....

It's the second time we came. The first was in 1996 for our honeymoon, and both have been fantastic experiences. This time we have come with the children, who have had a great time diving. The hotel is very family oriented and the meals of high quality. With an incredible environment to relax on its beaches and do water sports. Highly recommended for charging batteries. Beware of the rainy season which is in July and August, I advise to go in September October.

It s a place where you could get to enjoy every single moment that worth every penny. Service is really really great in here and the people is friendly. we went to a Italian restaurant for our lunch and dinner and actually it was recommended by a waiter name Ujwah. He is kind and helpful. I definitely will recommend this island as a travel spot, things are cheap and nice.

After loads of destinations finally planned Maldives as our honeymoon destination on 16 march 2016. Maldives is extremely beautiful place consisting of several small islands among which The paradise island Resort lies in North Male. It was our first experience to this resort and was immensely satisfying. Upon our arrival we were accompanied in a speed boat and transfered to the resort situated amidst the island. We were warmly greeted with a drink by the staff members and transfered to our rooms through baggie which is used to cover the distance. This resort is beautiful with great views and very spacious. We had spent our 4nights stay at this resort and found worth spending our time as it had lots of activates, beach were we spent most of our time which is situated backside of our villa. The villa was very cleanly and room service provided was excellent each day. Resort is abundantly filled with several leisure activities like club house, gym, basketball court, volley ball , swimming pool, Best experience was in Aroma Spa where we were welcomed with a drink. we felt that we had arrived in a different place which is very well structured . Special show for the guests is conducted in the resort were traditional form of dance is performed and guests can also join in, enjoyed a lot. Among one of our day outing we had opted for dolphin cruise which is again worth going for. We were again welcomed with a complimentary drink and had an amazing one hour view of dolphin and sunset. Now talking about food, we were vegetarian and worried about food but we were astonished to see there were various varieties of cuisine available in veg. The paradise island resort consists of different restaurants each having delicious taste. There is an option for romantic dinner specially arranged for a couple very close to the beach on the sand, one can beautifully spend there memorable time. Every night there is fish feeding conducted were the guests can voluntarily do the fish feeding and have fun clicking pictures. Among all our wonderful experiences we would take into account the service provided by all the hotel staff and special warm care given by them. Overall it was an amazingly mind blowing experience which is unforgettable and definitely suggest this resort to my loved ones, looking forward to visit The Paradise Island Resort again very soon.

Located some 20 min boat ride away from the airport. Extravagant resort. They have both water villas and beach bungalows. Both are superb. Food at the Bageecha restaurant is finger licking good. Better to opt for meal plans. The ambience and staff was awesome. The staff was extremely polite and humble. Must visit resort.

This place is awesome for couple unfortunately i was on a business trip, i stayed in Beach bungalow , room is really big and has access to the beach once you open the back door, restaurants are good , i loved feeding stingrays at night.

The place is awesome, we stayed for 4 days, the food is too good, especially the desserts they are just awesome! You can snorkle or just walk in the water, its crystal clear. The resort is quite big, and has many more activities such as batmintion,volleyball,etc. Their shark feeding and sting ray feeding session is also good to witness.

Very nice clean island. Great for swimming. Corals unfortunately mostly dead. Food Indian, but delicious. Staff friendly. We had a beach bungalow. Right in front of the beach! Very nice!

Food is horrid curry breakfast lunch and dinner what little variety they do cater for non Indian guests is terrible most foods seem to be microwaved
Staff are excellent and friendly rooms although a bit out dated and in need of updating were kept to a high standard house keeping do a fantastic job

This place is Amazing. The island itself is beautiful but what really makes this place great is the staff. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that you always happy always satisfied and always smiling. The resort itself is great and set on a super beautiful island with outrageously amazing beaches. Very very comfortable rooms with super cozy beds. If I could give 6 stars I would. Only complaint I have is that I can not stay here forever and have to leave

Awesome and clean beaches. Calm environment. Clear waters. Great food, great service. Scoba diving and snorkeling is a must. Scoba diving is a bit costly than snorkeling but worth it. If you have snorkeling gear, you can enjoy snorkeling near the beach on your own. You can enjoy shark feeding and sting ray feeding for free. There are nice events arranged by the resort almost every evening. Water villa is a place like heaven. The waters, fishes around your room lighten up your mood. Best option for relaxation. Loved the place and looking forward to visit Maldives again.

I was here for 4 days n as the name it is really a Paradise no match for honeymoon destination rooms are equipped. With latest amenities n services staff was cordial n helpful n ready to serve any time. In 4 days I didn't find a single loophole to point out. All I came back was with happy memories.
Now the food for vegetarian it is bit on tough side as u only have buffet to go with as that is only economically good and about taste it is on average not the authentic we can get in India but one can live with it.
Resort provides various.water sports facilities as per interest one can chose each activity separately or even can take couple package of various activities that starts from 600usd.
They never hide or raise unnecessary charges you will be brief about the charges before you choose any thing on the resort. Cannoning was offered complementary snorkelling 35 usd for a lesson and for jet ski I was charged around 140usd for 30 mint trip.
Resort even arrange special private dinning on beach that varies from 80 usd to 120usd.
During the water villa stay I noticed that the coral beds around the water villa area are almost dead. Only few parts of resort have the coral rest is only the name.
Overall it was a beautiful experience with no complaints.

Aging pool but you might as well enjoy the turquoise sea and its small or large fish that still resist. It is possible to do a little snorekeling but there is no bottom at all on the bunbalow side on the water. Beach strewn with dead corals (too bad the Maldives are not more protected).

Book your excursions with the beach club and not at the excursions stand, they offer the same ones but go through different organizers (more affordable and much friendlier staff).

The worst holiday ever!!! We put money 2700$ inside a bag there in the room and we went to have breakfast,after 10 minuets we came back there was a cleaner trolley there ,but the room boy wasn t in the room,after two minutes the room boy appeared and told us what happened!! He supposed to say can I clean or can I enter the room!! Then I asked him have you entered our room before ? He said no! While my wife told me come and see he was in the toilet !! Because tissues are now in default and the Tube bath we left full was evacuated totally, so we checked the bag and 5 times everything in the room our money disappeared!! We asked the reception, because they don t have security camera outside or anywhere ,so they brought police to deal with the problem, nothing happened...they destroyed our holiday and the next plan was Sri Lanka which was cancelled..with a very depressed mood we left the resort

A laizy break among azure water and scenic silvery white beaches

Located on a very large atoll compared to the average Maldivian. Excellent structure, I stayed in bungalows on the beach (highly recommend for privacy), immersed between the palm trees 100m from the beach. Luxurious spa, fair prices given the location. Continental food, every other day they serve fish and meat alternately. Soups / salads / chicken are the most popular. Council package full rione with drinks included. Possibility of many water excursions, among which I recommend a visit to the islet of the fishermen and snorkeling on the coral reef.

A wonderful resort and I advise the villa of the world or Hafin frankly summit of magnificence crew overall nice and friendly and eating magnificence, especially the Egyptian brother Beibu was at the top of cooperation with me and I think with all Arab visitors ,,,,,

It is an ideal place to rest and enjoy some beautiful beaches surrounded by a great variety of marine fauna including sharks and striped blankets
