One of the most amazing place to go and relax. A complete family place. The stay is amazing, food is delicious and overall everything is lovely. A must visit place.

We are here from 26-29 march 2019.
Unfortunatly the rooms are very old and cannot call 5 star luxury hotel!

Feel like heaven. Nice beach nice location 5 star experience. OMG. S9 peacefull. We had a great time. Good for a family. Kids area also available. Blu transparent beach. Good high quality food. Specially srilankan chef and steward from ristorante tramonto gave us a superb experience of italian food. I loved the seafood pizza. Great staff 5 stars

The food spread is nice and ample entertainment and water sports activities are available .All in all highly recommended place.

Wonderful, wonderful place, the clarity of the water will surprise you. If you are on a honeymoon and are looking for some fun, this is the right place, as the evening entertainment will always liven up the evening. Excellent staff, very kind and sociable kids. A massage in the spa is highly recommended.

A very nice resort, however, if you get the villas 101 to 169, the other side has a not so nice beach in my opinion with many dead algae in the sea, which can be seen as spots in the turquoise sea wonderful. Staff especially the animation staff (Petra, Jocker, Biba and the Dj) are just great! For any questions always helpful.

Fantastic 5 star resort that extends over the entire atoll. It offers many activities every day suitable for people of all ages, from snorkeling, to diving, to parasailing and much more. Very beautiful the water villas as well as bungalows overlooking the beach. Well equipped with several restaurants offering all types of cuisine, Italian, Japanese and international. The location is perfect for the couple who travel in groups with friends. It spends so much but there is also so much fun. More than recommended!

This is like a dream destination. A resort with a high level of professionalism. For observing the beauty of nature or quality relaxation it is a perfect place. You should stay here to have the tremendous feeling. From every point of view as a tourist I mark this resort a 5 star.

This property is worth for the money. We stayed here for four days. One night in sea view bungalow which not worth and very avg rooms. Other night I was at heaven villa we had awesome experience. Apart from the room we feel food is below avg. they repeat the same dishes everyday. It was my wife birthday and they have compliment two cakes one in room and one in restaurant with one bottle of champion. Service I give 3 rating. There s no proper service for baggie transfers we should wait for longtime for it. No speed service for rooms. It takes minimum 30mins for the service to be done. Apart from this can enjoy the nature of the beauty. Infinite blues around.

We came here from Sri lanka, 10 days we accommodated in 8 different 5 star hotels, Paradise resort is not a 5 star hotel, rooms are very old, old facilities in the room, you dont like to go to bath room, ....

Over all it was better to stay in Srilanka!!!

I checked other reviews and now fear to put my mony in the room!!

Nany people say that they have lost money here!!!

The name say's it,paradise island it's Like paradise.

The resort on the island is very beautiful and luxurious. The beach is clear and the outside is blocked by waves, so there is no big wave. The resort has a beautiful beachfront resort and beautiful beachfront accommodation.

Too many people, accommodation comfortable. Staff well. I think too many tourists come to the Maldives.

Average resort trust me. They do free upgrade and all.. but a.c had issues. In water villa itself once curtain issue that this keep coming. Offer was going on in July so booked early didnot feel like loss. But usually if we book for higher price it would have been wasted. Food is good with lot of indian n veg options so may be only resort with so many indian options.

Water bangalaws towards north are best for the view (main door facing south) and beach bangalaws around swimming pool are best (avoid beach bangalaws towards deep south-its better to cancel the trip instead of staying there).All inclusive package are cost effective,otherwise you have to spend lot of money on food.

If day visitors are not invited then they should stop the lunch package offered by the resort.

They give substandard snorkel equipment which fogs frequently and they don t even check if the person is able to swim or not.

Even for lunch they make u sit in some corner seat where there is no fan air at all..

Worst experience among all the day visit resorts and plz don t go here if u want to preserve ur self respect

Perfect place to plan destination weddings

This hotel is quite expensive, however it s definitely worth it. The staff members are great. They offer excellent customer service. The entertainment team are the best-Joker, Bebo. We went in September of 2018 and stayed for 6nights. We stayed at one of the beach villas. The hotel can be accessed by boat. The entrance to the hotel is epic. You walk on a long walkway once you get off the boat. There was someone to welcome you once you reach the front desk. We were welcomed with lemonade. After which the staff informed us of the activities, restaurants etc. on the property. The activities include water gym, table tennis, pool, kayaking, dance classes, snorkeling, diving, parasailing ....you name it they offer it. You can pay with credit card or cash. There are several booking options for example all inclusive, half board and breakfast only. We opted for half board. Kindly note that any purchase on the property is charge to your room and you can settle your bill before you leave. They charge for everything extra for example juice or wine at dinner because only water is provided. A doctor and a nurse are on property. There is also a gym, sauna, hot tub, steam room, pool etc. on property. They also provide entertainment each night for example Mr. and Mrs. Paradise Island Resort, Dance off etc. There is shark and sting ray feeding in the evening. I didn t give it four star because the only thing I was disappointed with was the poor communication with the front desk in regard to pick up from the airport to the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for your vacation.

Such a beautiful place. Once in life time one should visit Maldives and I recommend this resort in Maldives.

PARADISE ISLAND RESORT: THE REAL HEAVEN ON EARTH

We have been there and we found a wonderful realty which had to be seen and lived, even if for 9 days (from Jan 22th to Jan 29th room 144).
From the perfect logistics organization to the kindness of all of the Staff, everything were at the right place.

In fact, after the early morning jogging on the beach, we always spent good time in the resort doing many activities:
as belly dance, latino dance with Miss Tahatiana (Tahaty): excellent trainer and beautiful animator, also during the disco dancing evenings;
as water sports with canoa, windsurf and, absolutely for the first time, kite-surf with Mr Assam, who trained us with a lot of patience and in a professional way;
as the daily feeding (i.e. we had a full board option) that we particularly appreciated with every kind of culinary recipes; in general, there was an international cuisine, but very interesting for us has been the indian one: refined, varied and lively cuisine.
In this context we were very impressed by Mr Pradeep with his kindness, professionalism and patience;
remarkable courtesy and hospitality in the reception by Miss. Kateryna and in the restaurant area by Miss Hanna (excellent italian speaker) and Miss Mali, those made us feel at home;

They also deserve to be highlighted the excursions/ theme evenings we have joined, following the effective suggestions of Mr. Faisal, our supervisor, which has been a sure and professional point of reference during the whole holiday:
as the tourtle swimming and the bbq on the sand bank : really awesome!
We have seen something we have never seen colours of the sea, the sky, the beaches, the purity of the environment and the context for a thousand and one night .
Above all, we really appreciated the whole organization, the professionalism and the great attention to details by the Staff: excellent has been Mr. Shaam (Guide) who led us during the excursion and visiting Huraa Atoll as well; Mr. Assaf (Chef) with exquisite e delicious meal; Mr. Hamees (launch Captain); Mr. Sino (launch crew); Mr. Mahir (Crew);
as the unlimited lobsters evening organized on the beach at the sun set; we had a perfect romantic dinner immersed in the colors of the Indian ocean;
as the live music events with the duo and the band listening on both occasions music of the highest level;

Then, the only problem we had was for searching the right words to describe, returning at home, the features and the beauty of these places.

In synthesis, for the General Manger, please take in account for the real appreciation and praise: Miss Tahatiana (Tahaty), Mr Assam, Mr Pradeep, Miss. Kateryna, Miss Hanna, Miss Mali, Mr. Faisal, Mr. Shaam, Mr. Assaf, Mr. Hamees, Mr. Sino, Mr. Mahir; and all other member of the Staff we met but we were not able to copy the name.

This place is heaven on earth, it's a complete package of luxury, comfort and world class experience, we cycled, snorkeled, fed the sharks, swam with the ray fish, saw some beautiful corals, played with colourful fishes, clear blue water, mesmerized seeing the sunset and we never wanted to come back, it was a dream holiday in our water villa, pictures don't do justice to this place, highly recommend this resort

Visiting for the first time to Maldives didn't find it difficult because of the hospitality we got from paradise island. Great staff and very welcoming people around. Food was really good for vegetarians since I am vegetarian. They do have nice beach banglows and water villas. Water sports trainers are professionals. You get to play indoor games like table tennis, billiards, tennis, basketball. Overall perfect place for honeymoon and holiday trips. Thanks to paradise for the great hospitality.

Staff at the resort is nice, beautiful environment and they have lots to do and lots of entertainment. The food and service is great as well. Staying for 6 days!

What a beautiful resort! The staff were so friendly and kind. The accomodations are clean and well equipped. The beaches are beautiful. The food at the buffets were fantastic. However, I was a bit disappointed with the japanese restaurant. The menu was not so great for price. The spa is beautiful and really promotes relaxation. The whole place/island/resort is just beautiful! I would go back for sure.

Amazing location. Stayed in the hotel for 3 days. Stayed in superior beach bungalow. Rooms were neat and clean. Wide variety of food menu. The staff were also very co-operative. We took all inclusive food and beverage menu. Night shows were good. The restaurant dinner timing is too short. 7.30 to 9.00 pm. We must go within that time. But the main bar is available till midnight :-) Sea food dishes are also minimum in the main restaurant.

This is truly a paradise. By far the best beach experience of life. Good food, great staff & unbelievable atmosphere!

Paradise Island has the most incredible staff and wonderful facilities. The all inclusice food is well varied and absolutely delicious.

As it name suggests, this place is a real paradise. I loved the stay here. The water was clear blue and it was clean all around. The staff members were so nice and humble. All kinds of foods were served in breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Superior Beach Bungalow were nice and you will find sea water behind you room just 10m meters away. The Water Villas were great with fishes all around. I loved this place. If you are planning to visit this place, you for it.

A memorable trip we had to this place. The Maldives itself is an amazing destination and this resort fills the bill. It's around 20 - 25 minutes away from Male via a speedboat.

We were warmly welcomed by very friendly staff with refreshing face cloth and cocktail. Rooms were clean and comfortable, It was like a minute walk to the beach, restaurant, spa, etc. I wasn't a big fan of the sea but became one after visiting this place. Sea and sand and mesmerizing, and it rained almost every day we were there. Aqua life booming. They do arrange trips to the capital every day with a guide which was quite helpful.

Varieties of water sport and you can pay to avail one. Food was excellent too.

I'll summarize it as one of the best holidays we had there, and we look to forward to visit them again.

An expensive but really good resort, went their for my honey moon. The staff, food, reception desk, the activities everything is good. If your planning to go for vacation go for all inclusive package- as you will get food and drinks included, playing the food bill is expensive as you pay in us dollars. Activities- water sports, snorkeling, Thai massage, etc . At night, you will never get bored as their is all night pub. There is a store inside the resort where you can buy souvenir, swimsuits, etc. Buying souvenir from resort is cheaper compared to the air port.

Soooo beautiful! Very warm and welcoming staff. Very courteous and caring attendants. Delectable and wide spread of varied cuisines. Perfect getaway for 5 days.

Nice resort. Loved the water villa. Beautiful Sea Sun & Sand. Perfect hideaway to make u forget about the stress in life, at least while u are here. Overall is a decent experience except the food is pricy, ridiculously pricy. 10 pieces of small little fried shrimp coat USD20! Worst still is not delicious. No complaints about the service. At least better than Bali.

Nice place with nice facilities. Clean an well maintained place. Nice for 3-4 days holiday. Best is during off season as rates are bit less. Had a comfortable and safe stay. Better to have all meals taken care of else would be quite expensive.

For the services offered, it is expensive, even for Maldives standards. Any activities are prohibitively expensive, and the upkeep of certain items is not up to the cost you pay for rentals. Other than that the island is ok, not much snorkelling allowed in any good snorkel spots, in fact mostly everywhere where it is 'hard to stand' there is a sign saying you shouldn't snorkel or swim, and the staff are overzealous of reminding you that 'you are a guest, you didn't ask, so you didn't know, but you shouldn't swim there, but guests are always right so it's ok'. That aside the villas/rooms are decent, the staff are generally helpful and the buffett is pretty well sorted, at least for a weeks time it doesn't get too repetitive.
