Historic yet well furnished hotel with a premium central sea view location

No cameras allowed. Nevertheless, very nice bar overlooking the corniche.

Bad experience not recommended .bad staff and service.

This hotel used to be one of the best in Alexandria now with new management, poor rude reception staff , the reservation office practically ruined my trip by confirming my booking to realize on my arrival that my booking wasn t submitted, my problem was solved by a guest who had a late cancellation and offered to change the booking to my name something the staff didn t offer and even gave us hard time to accept, the breakfast because very poor , the previous amazing pastry chef obviously left the place , wouldn t come here again and won t recommend

Love the place with great sea views from the roof let you having your breakfast enjoying the atmosphere beside the historic nature of the Windsor palace

A rotten sea hotel, and I would not advise anyone about it and bad treatment from the receptionist, and a picture in the poker is not the reality.

the worst crew I have ever seen. they are totally unfriendly and helpless. they ask for more money even they know that we paid the room completely. really not to recommend. take care !!!!

The fragrant history of Vieux is distinguished for its sea and castle services and good and respectable rooms

Called in the morning to check the reservation and minimum charge and was told some prices that WERE NOT the real prices. PLUS we were told at the hotel that we can't go to the Roof because there is a wedding, something that was NOT mentioned in the phone call. That ended up messing my 1-day visit to Alex as we had other options, but we're settled on Windsor because I used to LOVE IT.
Such a disappointing visit to an amazing place..

View is wonderful, but food is overpriced, service is terrible, knowledge of drinks and cocktails is minimal. Minimum of 120 pounds which we were asked to pay upon entrance.

Antique ambiance with friendly staff with the Skyroof disco and bar .. too loud for me but I'm sure those who like dancing and DJs will love it.

What a comfortable place, the food quality is very good but expensive

Very old. Since 1906. It smells like dust. But the 6th restaurant has an excellent panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Good food good.

View is wonderful. Had breakfast there with open buffet. Food was extremely bad. Not fresh. Egg station too slow, and found hair in the cheese and inside the cake!!! The waiters didn't seem to care when told about it.
Five stars for the view, minus five for the food.

Firstly its not a 4 star hotel it must be lower .. rooms smells bad .. but great view

A wonderful place to experience that Golden age era hotel with it's grand foyers, parlors, staircase, and rooms. The view from the roof top restaurant and cafe is magical, the rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly, and the location excellent.

The location is historical. The staff are nice. The bathrooms are small, but clean.

Blue Harbor Cafe is excellent and its prices are acceptable and the food shows that the public chef understood and the location in the roof means the view masterpiece and young people above the excellent
