Pro: I had the pleasure of working with Craig McKenzie at Paradise Chevrolet. It took me a few months to decide to purchase a 2014 Chevrolet Volt. Craig took me on several test drives, went over the car with me, and showed me how to drive it for maximum efficiency. When we decided to buy, Craig was on vacation, but had his co-worker Chris Ochoa meet with us and walk through financing with us. Although Chris was not my salesperson and not getting recognized for the sale he took his time to help me setup Onstar and gave me tips and tricks on how to drive the car. Craig and Chris treated me as if I was their only client, and gave me the courtesy and respect not given at most dealerships. I have had the car for 1 week as of today and Craig has periodically checked in with me to make sure I am still enjoying my car. This was truly a great sales experience. Thanks Craig and Chris!!!!!
