When my wife and I decided to start looking around for a new home in a neighborhood more central, we ran across Paradisa homes in Crestview. We fell in love with the layout and high-quality finish out. We worked with Thomas Brown and his team over the next few months to find the perfect house in one of our target neighborhoods. We finally purchased a to-be-built home in Allandale South/Shoalmont. Thomas and the team were great about letting us pick the finishes, working with their designer. When the sale of our existing home fell through at the last minute, we panicked - but Paradisa was very accommodating and worked with us to ensure that we wouldn't lose the opportunity to purchase the home we had selected and helped to design. In the end everything worked out and we moved in! It's been over a year, and I can say I would pick Paradisa again - hands down. With any project the size and complexity of a brand new home, there will be issues that you find in the weeks after you move in. The Paradisa team was SUPER responsive and fixed every issue we found - frequently on the same day, and always within one day. If you're looking at a Paradisa home, you won't be disappointed.
