Leisure Craft reborn at the same location over 35 years later. Sadly, the new is an elitist store that builds upon its existing customer base as opposed to new customers. Staff on the floor will be 2, but 1 will be busily chatting while the other serves. Customers who wait to pay just have to wait. But that becomes worse as when you attempt to pay, they chat with their own friends in store and basically you are left with that feeling that they don't want you there. Today marks my lady purchase with them. 2 male Monday staff who don't really care about customer, just friends. Elitist. Be warned. Farewell Leisure Craft, Paradiagm@PI is really a paradigm shift away from a friendly and family oriented store to a snobbish and arrogant one.

Staff are always friendly and patient enough to explain every game, even if you ask about it casually. It's the go to place for all board and table top games!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff ready to help with all your tabletop gaming needs. As a tabletop gamer, I know that community is key and it's great to see the team here building that.
