Why have a normal garden when you can have a vertical one?

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Customer service after the initial sale has been abismal, they even double charged my credit card for the final balance. I now I have a faulty timer which is still under warranty that they want to charge me a call out fee of $130 to fix. I offered to take the timer to their shop to swap it over, but I was told there was no guarantee they would swap it. Do not be fooled by the slick before sale service - once they have your money they don't want to know.

Following the response from the owner - can I please ensure everyone that the product in question was still in warranty when I was asking for a replacement 3 months ago.

Well, how things change. After paying a portion of the final bill $1400 in cash, we received a letter from a debt collection company, claiming that we had not paid. Although our records show different. Now we have an enormous issue to deal with a debt collection company that doesn't call back and is beyond unprofessional . Adding more stress that is completely unnecessary. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole process.

Hopefully PAPS are truthful and provide the liquidator with all the correct information.

I would ask that this company not be retained for any work. They advertised a "CASUAL" position for a labourer with a salary of between $18-$22 per hour. LESS THAN this countries "minimum" wage of $18.69 +25% casual loading. They also expect the employee to use their own vehicle, fuel etc without additional payment. When I questioned this on behalf of my son, I was told "if you don't like it don't apply" I recorded that. So if you think that your son, daughter, niece, nephew or grandchild deserves to be exploited by employees like this then retain them for your requirements. I have lodged a complaint with the fair work ombudsman. Lots of reviews by their friends and family on this site. How many companies get fantastic or shocking reviews without any fair/reasonable reviews-- a dead giveaway..

Very impressive!! It was a pleasure working with the team at PAPS Vertical Gardens. A very easy and enjoyable experience. The garden looks fantastic and I would recommend anyone to use the company.

Had my new vertical garden installed 3 months ago and it looks even more amazing than it was when it was installed. the system is so simple, yet so effective. My ugly paling fence which i could see when i was looking from inside from my lounge area is now a beautiful living wall with some great blends of lovely plants.
Completely exceeded my expectations and will now be investing in another garden for my Mum's little balcony area.

Never have a deal with this company, they don't pay. The director Paula Smith, she is making always excuse, she is so professional not to pay. She is still not paying for my job and she blocked my number, no answering.

The job has been done on 25 AUG and you said you have paid already to the customer and you also emailed me. I have all the record. You lied wrong bank details then I sent you the details again by txt mgs. you don't have to remember I got all of evidence. wrong account details? is that your best excuse you can make? why you are not paying after I gave you one more time. people aren't silly. do not run your business like that. You will see me on court soon.

We had PAPS Vertical Gardens come into our office to help find us a solution for the lack of greenery, inspiration and life in the office. The result was incredible. Amy was so lovely and helpful and made the best recommendations for my wedding. I had all bouquets and floral arrangements done by them for the wedding and they all turned out so beautiful, exactly what I'd hoped for. Price is very reasonable too. Highly recommend.
