I would ask that this company not be retained for any work. They advertised a "CASUAL" position for a labourer with a salary of between $18-$22 per hour. LESS THAN this countries "minimum" wage of $18.69 +25% casual loading. They also expect the employee to use their own vehicle, fuel etc without additional payment. When I questioned this on behalf of my son, I was told "if you don't like it don't apply" I recorded that. So if you think that your son, daughter, niece, nephew or grandchild deserves to be exploited by employees like this then retain them for your requirements. I have lodged a complaint with the fair work ombudsman. Lots of reviews by their friends and family on this site. How many companies get fantastic or shocking reviews without any fair/reasonable reviews-- a dead giveaway..
