If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Customer service after the initial sale has been abismal, they even double charged my credit card for the final balance. I now I have a faulty timer which is still under warranty that they want to charge me a call out fee of $130 to fix. I offered to take the timer to their shop to swap it over, but I was told there was no guarantee they would swap it. Do not be fooled by the slick before sale service - once they have your money they don't want to know.

Following the response from the owner - can I please ensure everyone that the product in question was still in warranty when I was asking for a replacement 3 months ago.
