Very good food. The staff is pretty nice. The delivery is very slow though usually.

Papa Gino's has really gone down. I placed a delivery order for small pizxa and fries. I was told 30 minutes. I called back after 45 minutes and told me it was just going out and I would be next. Quess what I received it an hour later. The driver explained to me he was the only driver on. So I told the driver I was all set. Then he asked me for the total. I couldn't stop laughing and shut my front door.

Way expensive! And granted I came a hour before closing on a Friday night but the place is filthy! The ice machine is broken! Trash everywhere and tables are sticky and disgusting!! Soda area made me want to gag! I m being nice by giving 1 star!

Greasy, crunchy, unhealthy food at it's finest. I love cheat day!

I just had the same pizza I remember having as a child. The secret is to order EXACTLY how you want your pizza. Emphasize on hotness!! I'm a kid again. Thanks Papa!

So I stopped ordering here a while ago but besides the mom-and-pop chains of pizza places this is the only other place to get pizza so I order every now and then online. My past four or five experiences have been horrible. The one I got tonight was the worst I've ever seen. Usually it's forgotten soda or forgotten fries which on top of them being 20mins, 30mins, or an hour late it takes him another 20 minutes to go get the Forgotten item to bring back. Tonight was the worst, I got my whole order which I was surprised, but my two pizzas we're completely destroyed. It's like the delivery guy held them to one side and they all smushed to the corner of the box. I didn't bother calling and telling the manager because the last time I talked to him he was a complete ass. The last time I order was over an hour late and when I told the manager that he told me the delivery guy was on his way. He didn't say how long and when I told him I didn't want it anymore he got pissed and hung up the phone. I'm forewarning anybody that orders from here for delivery don't do it! You're better off taking the time to go pick it up yourself. These delivery people or horrible. I wrote The Corporation for Papa Gino's and sent them a picture. I am hoping to hear back from someone. If I could give this review no stars or negative star I would.

I had to wait 30 minutes which was fine but my pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni half cheese couldn't tell what half was what was burnt and it had cheese bubbles.

Young lady who answered the phone has a sweet voice

They need to remodel the place looks to worn out won't be back until they remodel

Friendly staff, cut pizza small for the kids without being asked. Bathrooms need updating.

HATED IT!! Will NEVER spend my money there again --- terrible customer service --long wait (even if ordered online or the phone) -- was in the area and thought "Who could mess up a pizza (Gallivan Blvd)-- pizza had entirely TOO MUCH oil on it and was in the shape of a light bulb (I am serious)-- manager blamed the 'pepporone', I said "Nah, this is not my 1st rodeo/pepp pizza"-- he said "ain't my 1st time making a pizza" -- I said, "then why is it shaped like a light bulb and walked out--my granddaughter "HATED IT!!!" :-( :-( and she Luv's pepperoni pizza

The pizza was reheated from earlier in the day. I had a party of 15 and we were there for the all you can eat. No one got a fresh slice. They must reheat pizza they made hours in advance. I wish they had fresh pizza because I would bring my family of 7 there every week.

Worst Papa Gino's location. When I received my order the foods was so bad. The fries were very burnt and the burger was also burnt as well. I called to talk to a manager there was none on site, so I asked the women I was on the phone with if she can replace the order, she said no and said I can have a $10 credit instead. So I drove up to the location to see that the store was completely empty and the two co workers having a conversation (I just don't understand if the store isn't busy why they couldn't just replace the order). I made sure to drop off the food and get my money back.

We went with a very large group and they were ready for us and the pizzas were great. Couldn't believe they could handle 60 of us so easily and so pleasantly

Food is good but you only get good customer service if you are a regular I have observed it a few times and they always take forever while ordering online

Great pizza... Need more help or would be fine stars

Three hours and free meal later I finally got my food. You GM Vance should be promoted for his service and good people skills, and whoever the big guy in the red truck is should be fired. After waiting close to two hours and a call from the driver, I got the wrong food. After talking to Vance the general manager (who did a great job talking me down), I had to wait 45 minutes for my actual order. Vance himself delivered it right on time and we got fresh food. Unfortunately, while I have high praise for Vance, we will not be giving them our business again. Sorry Vance

Online order wouldnt work and the breadsticks were tiny and dry

It was good still tasted like the pizza I had when I was a child but they took away the spaghetti and meatball which was also second to the pizza

Papa Ginos never lets me down, been going here since i was a child in the 80s and they have always had great fresh food, its a shame they dont have a Papa Ginos in Dallas, Texas where i live now they would make a killing

WHAT A DISASTER!!! PLEASE GET A NEW MANAGER NOW! MICAH( MEEKAH) IS NOT IT!!! I WANTED TO CALL CORPORATE SO BAD, BUT THEY ARE CLOSED BY THE TIME I GET OUT OF WORK... HE COMPLETELY RUINED MY EVENING WITH MY DAUGHTER THROUGH LACK OF PREPARATION AND CONTROL. NO PIZZA, FROZEN MEATBALLS, INSULTING LANGUAGE, AND TO TOP IT OFF HE WAS RUDE, SARCASTIC, AND ACTUALLY MADE FUN AND MIMICKED ME TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE! CUSTOMER SERVICE? NOT THIS GUY! EVERYONE WAS COMPLAINING, SINK WAS OVERFLOWING, PIZZA FINALLY CAME OUT, BURNT WITH HALF THE CHEESE, IT WAS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! I WOULDN'T BE SAD OR SURPRISED IF THIS IS ONE OF THE STORES YOU SHUT DOWN... WHO WILL HE MAKE FUN OF IN THE UNEMPLOYMENT LINE?! TRAGIC!!!

Went for the all you can eat. I've had better but not for their price.

Just ok. About 3 older staff members probably 35 or 45 walked by me stone faced while I was at the counter but didn't acknowledge me at all and I was the only person at the counter. A young lady from the back came and greeted me as cashier/order taker. She was a very very nice young lady. Here I'd say the people who flopped in good customer service were not the younger staff but the older staff. Very poor skills not to smile and make customers feel like a bother.

I made an order and got it delivered by uber eats. Part of my order was missing and when I called papa Gino's they were so rude and didnt care. Told me call uber. Uber didnt have it but they are saying they put everything in the bag. How can one sub just vanish. I asked If i could get another one they said no not until the first one was returned. Did who pays and is responsible for the missing sub. But there attitudes were disgusting

This location is staffed by immature adults, who used foul language quite freely. Someone even declared something was moldy. I was told a pizza would take 20 minutes, I watched an employee grab what should have been mine and give it to a walk in who was a friend. Don't even get me started on the mess. Never again.

The crust isnt as soft when finished cooking as other Papa Gino's Ive visited before.
They are always busy wheneverI go. Doesnt matter what time it is. And I have gone right at opening , middle of the day and at night.

I usually order from the N Quincy location even though this one is closer. I decided to give this location and chants despite its terrible reviews. I ordered online, which is a feature that I really like and accounts for one of the two stars that I gave. I received an email stating that my order would be delivered in approximately 30 minutes. When I hadn't received my dinner 20 minutes beyond that half an hour, I called the location. The woman that answered the phone was polite, apologized for the delay and assured me that my dinner would be delivered shortly. The driver showed up 15 minutes beyond that, 35 minutes beyond the the 30 minute delivery estimate. The music in his car was so loud that when he pulled into the driveway my house was rattling - it's 9:30 p.m. and I have a sleeping infant. However, he too was polite but made no mention of the late delivery. On top of this, my pizza is cold. There's a reason for the terrible reviews at this location. Don't give it a chance like I did.

We like the pizza. Service has always been friendly and quick.

I order chicken wings with sauce and they did not add the sauce. This has never happened to me before.

Definitely my last time coming here, would give zero stars if allowed. Ordered online and it said 35 miminutes, arrived after 40, watched the guy making my pizza 5 minutes after that. Already 20 minutes late & no sign of my pizza yet.

All 4 times iv order from this store they take over 2 hours to deliver it to me and always use the same excuse they are short drivers

Time is always 20 minutes longer than quoted . Frequent mistakes. I like the chain overall and this one is the closest. Unfortunate that they make so many mistakes.

If I could give them NO STARS at all, I freaking would. This place always takes LONGER than 45 mins, which is what they said tonight. After over an HOUR waiting, I called to find they were closed. I got through to staff who said the driver called and called and went to my address twice, yet NO missed calls. In fact, after repeating my phone number three times, the idiotic employee still got it wrong I had him repeat it to me after making an order, yet NO CALL! THIS IS THE WORST PAPA GINOS EVER WITH THE WORST PIZZA EVER. DONT EVEN CALL YOURSELF PAPA GINOS, THIS IS A PIECE OF CRAP ESTABLISHMENT! the last time I order out of DESPERATION. screw you

Papa Gino's has the best pamessan and pasta I have had so far. And the prices are just right.

Longtime fan of Papa Gino's, butGalivqn Blvd location brings shame to the entire organization. With few exceptions, each employee is consistently unprofessional, lazy and seemingly goes out of their way to provide a rage-provoking customer experience. I so badly wish I could strangle the troglodite working the phones there tonight. It's easy to see why the company has taken a nosedive in recent years.

Place was gross and smelt like urine. Nasty to say the least.

Girlfriend and I went there to dine in.First thought when I saw the pie was that the Pizza was misshapen and a little smaller than a normal large at Papa Ginos is. Second they did a horrible job cutting the pizza so the pieces were tearing apart as we tried to seperate them. The fried raviolis were really good though.

All you can eat pasta and pizza specials weekly...call them to find out how much for your area.

Papa Gino's is one of my FAV places to go for pizza, ever since I was a little girl, always get your pizza just right

Best chain pizza around. Only downside is can be pricey but if you want that good spice it would be worth it.
