I passed by the university during a quick Silicon Valley tour, and I was amazed by the buildings and the green spaces. I believe such fantastic atmosphere was a crucial part to push more research and studies that have enriched our world. I wished to be a student at such a great education place.

It is the world's best university. The atmosphere of university is very nice. Its a completely different world for the students. There are options for study like engineering, medical, architecture, agriculture, geography, English, physiology, psychology etc students are very helpful to each other. Professor's are of very helping nature. There is a robotics lab which is worlds largest robotics lab.

This university is incredibly beautiful and definitely a must for a holiday or visit to the region. Unfortunately I do not know how studying is here, but the terrain is simply wow. Together with the driveway (many palm trees) and the streets of Palo Alto, an incredible area is formed. Beautiful

Very awesome.

Love to be a part of it.

Stanford University, officially Leland Stanford Junior University, is a private research university in Stanford, California. The university was founded in 1885 by Leland and Jane Stanford in memory of their only child, Leland Stanford Jr., who had died of typhoid fever at age 15 the previous year.
It is most expensive University to get admitted to. But it is one of top Universities across the world

Very beautiful and natural campus. It's on my bucket list to go running around the campus sometime since they have some great running paths. Getting around Stanford is a pain in the behind (both if you know where your going or if you don't know). There is a high probability that you will get lost every time that you try to navigate through there, so remember, patience is a virtue.

8181 acres The largest university in the United States, Stanford was founded in 1891, and graduates in the 1940s and 50s helped create Silicon Valley around the campus by setting up several high-tech companies, including HP and Yahoo.

I write from the perspective of a tourist, not as a student. The parking situation is temporarily critical, you should think about what time you come. If you get a parking space, you have to pay for it in the core times moderate (maximum parking time 2 hours). The whole thing is just fantastic, it is certainly a privilege to study here. A comparison with a German university is unfortunately unnecessary. The fact that this university is the intellectual center of Silicon Valley is more than comprehensible at the latest after a visual inspection.

Little Leland Stanford University, often directly known as Stanford University, is a private research university located in Stanford, California. The university was founded in 1891 by the current railway senator of the California Senate and Governor, Leland Stanford, and his wife Jane Lethrop Stanford. This is to commemorate their son who died on the eve of his 16th birthday because of typhoid fever. It is a school for men and women and religious freedom. All tuition fees were free before the 1930s.

Campus is quite beautiful, especially around the oval and church. Palm drive is nicely lined with palm trees, as the name suggests. Biking around campus is nice and fairly oriented towards cyclists. Traffic also is generally pretty good at most times of the day, which is a pleasant surprise from most campuses I've been on (pre-pandemic.) It's a nice place to visit if you're in the area and a nice place to relax. Also very close to downtown Palo Alto, which is great if you want shops and restaurants.

One of the best University in the world. You have laws, engineering and lots of other subject. The students in this university are really lucky. And once Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple came here as a special guest. Wow! At that time I was thinking if I was there

I arrived early for my Pre-OP Covid-19 testing. As always with any department relating to Stanford, I was greeted with respect and courtesy.
They were able to get me in early to test.
I was filled with apprehension and nervous about this test.
The nurse was kind, professional and talked me through it.
It wasn't bad at all.
I cannot say enough good things about everyone who is associated with Stanford.
If you need any medical help, this is the place to be.
The absolute best of the best!

Such an amazing school!

Such an amazing school!

I was able to spend two weeks of my summer on Campus, learning from various proffesors through an Envision Law program. The dining halls were clean and had very good food. The lecture halls and classrooms were comfortable. The dormitory (Roble Hall), in which I stayed, did not have air conditioning; however, with the window open, it was comfortable. The campus itself was quite clean and held a community atmosphere. I felt like I was not in Palo Alto, not in California. I was in a different world; I was at Stanford.

Ate lunch on the lawn area of the roundabout. We had a dog and two little kids with us and the area was a perfect place to relax and people watch with the view of the main quad building. The campus is a great place to walk around. Wouldn't be a bad idea to bring your bicycle too as the place is very bike friendly. There are a few public restrooms around the main quad area, some of them will show up on Google Map

Beautiful campus. Wonderful chemistry program. A dear friend of mine is starting school at Stanford soon, her name rhymes with Belby Bankle, and I'm very excited to hang out with her in the bay.
