Fast service, quite economical and next to many beautiful sites

One of my favorite places in Rome. Cozy but lively. The food is incredible and you MUST try the onion marmalade. Make sure you find out when they close for the summer holiday as you do not want to miss eating here!

The place is small but it has a lot of roll, the typical are reliable boards and cheeses with a very rich wine, they are very friendly and speak Spanish and it is very well priced.

Very crowded and certainly much appreciated by tourists and employees on a lunch break ... but for this very little accessible. To eat at the table it is absolutely necessary to avoid peak times. Ordering takeaway is often the only option and, however good the sandwiches, there is still the amletic doubt of where to sit.

I had an amazing charcuterie board here. The service was some of the most helpful and kindest I've ever had at a restaurant, offering wine pairings as well as instructions for what cheese and meats to eat together as well as in what order. Would definitely recommend.

I tasted a space sandwich! Very tasty truffle cream, nice big sandwich that fills you. Staff that you seem to know them for years for how friendly they are! Absolutely go there also for cold cuts!

A mixed medium board for 10 euros per person was easily enough food for us, and had more varieties of ham and salami than I could keep track of. The food was delicious. There was a line of people out the door even at 2pm on a weekday, so be prepared to wait.

Cozy place, large selection of sandwiches and cutting boards, cheeses and sausages of excellent quality. Also very good bread. The staff is courteous, quick and helpful. The only drawback is the row to sit down, the place is not great so even the seats are limited compared to the actual turnout.

Discovered walking the streets of Rome, very kind boys, a great variety of sandwiches, with excellent ingredients, salads served in a crazy way. A little in a row because the place is small, but it's absolutely worth it.

This is an unlikely hole in the wall restaurant that had very tasty food in an intimate setting.

Seating and dishes are simple but hearty and delicious. Service was quick, attentive and friendly, and the waiters all speak multiple languages.

The wine list is extensive, although you can't go wrong with the house wines. Food prices are also very reasonable.

First of all, you guys ~~ No friendly server! The menu was good and the food was very good and the feeling was very good. The sandwiches were delicious, but the palate is a crispy bread. The chair is full of breadcrumbs! Put off, even before coming to the next guest ... knowing sat bury carried on not rub the coat beoryeotneyo ... upset ... I wanted to change it entirely abandoned the dining table and chairs ... seumda uncomfortable eating terrifying height of the chair and desk I like It's a bit flawed .. ^^ ..

The taste is good. However, some employees' attitude toward Asians is very unpleasant and rude! The P sandwich is good enough to eat, but it is a waste of money to endure the unpleasant behavior of the staff.

Food and service is great, with reasonable prices. However a restaurant that gives plastic cutlery and glasses in 2019, can't get more than 3 stars, I would recommend to change that soon, regarding the growing movement and regulations against plastic waste. With 500+ customers a day it's an enormous amount of trash created unnecessarily.

The waiters are friendly and the environment is good, with a 1 Euro seat fee per person. The sandwich skin is super hard. . The serving size is very large, the taste is very good, and it is salty. Ordered a platter: porchatta, artichokes and dried tomatoes, very delicious, like the crispy pork skin above. The olive oil at the table also tastes good.

My boyfriend and I just left the club. Absolutely all positive. We found the place thanks to TripAdvisor and we were pleasantly impressed by the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the particularity of the restaurant and the quality of the products. More than fair prices for what they offer. We personally took a 20 chopping board for two and it was worth it to the last cent. When we make a new trip to Rome it will certainly be a must. Compliments!

When we read the menu for Pane e Salame, we thought for certain there was some sort of miscommunication. A large for cheese and meat board for only 15? No way.

Yes way.

Our medium board had four different cured meats, three types of cheeses, two sets of bruschetta, and lots of veggies and olives. My glass of chianti was only 3.

The interior was so cozy and charming. It was hard to believe that it was so close to a touristy area (la fontana di trevi). Plus, everyone was super nice and accommodating. I'll be having dreams about that board for years to come!

Very good restaurant that offers an incalculable choice of sandwiches or other (boards and salads) at more than reasonable prices with fresh products of quality. The service is fast and the team very nice, I highly recommend!

Local near the Umberto Sordi gallery, the interior is beautiful and the dishes even better.
At peak times the wait is about 20 minutes due to the small size of the room. High quality sandwiches at very low prices (from 4.5 to 6 euros), high quality also the various cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by excellent wine. Young and fantastic staff.

We just wanted something simple, a couple of sandwiches and charcuterie, boy were we in for a ride.

We had the medium board which was no kidding, four foot long, it was amazing. We sat at a communal table and had a great time. The sandwiches were also enjoyed by the rest of our party.
