A tasty lunch in a nice setting where courtesy and customer care are superior

What can I say ... the staff was super relaxed and very friendly and accommodating. The food is really great. The pans are delicious and the ingredients are just great.

Being in one of the most tourist areas of Rome, next to the fontana and discover a small, charming and typical place. Some tables of sausages with cheese ALUCINANTES. Very well priced and with quality. The lovely guys I recommend it 100% and the price is great, without scares or stories.

The vegetarian #D sandwich has superb pesto inside, and the traditional #T is the excellent go-to if you aren't sure what to order.

Pane e Salame makes a phenomenal sandwich on crunchy, flavorful bread, with fresh ingredients, great flavors and ideal sandwichy textures.

Don't be like the tourists and wait in line to eat inside, even though the decor is great. Order to-go and then walk over to somewhere grand like Fontana di Trevi to eat in the sun. Protip: At lunchtime during winter months, the northeast corner of the fountain receives the sun's kiss first.

I wish I could eat these sandwiches every day. Deeeeelicioussss!

Amazing little place in Rome. Great food and brilliant service. Very casual eating place but cosy and the staff are so friendly and helpful. A must visit when in Rome.

What can I say, it was an absolute dream !! For 15 such a huge, absolutely delicious plate and in addition for 10 a very delicious white wine is almost unbeatable! If you are in Rome, you should definitely stop by here! The staff is super friendly, everything was great!

Cheap meals, good range of choices, very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I've tried 2 different sandwiches - first one was provolone, broccoli leaves and dried tomatoes, and the second one was anchovies, mozzarella, tomato and pesto. Both delicious, but the last one was just packed full of flavor!

And the portions are quite generous, so I always ended up keeping half of the sandwich to eat later.

THIS WAS THE BEST SANDWICH I HAVE EVER EATEN!! I got the sandwich that had mushrooms and truffle oil. I'm so glad there was an option perfect for a vegetarian. Everything was great. I highly recommend this sandwich to everyone. However, if you order the sandwich I did, I recommend getting arugula on it. I did not get arugula on mine, but I wish I did. If I were to find myself in Rome again, I would certainly order the sandwich with arugula. Listen to me Internet and order the sandwich with porcini mushroom, truffle oil, parmesan cheese or something and other things I can't remember but make sure to get arugula on it!!!

Excellent sandwiches and cold cuts and / or cheeses.
The wines are also very good.
And the rates are very affordable.
You can go there to eat on the run, at noon or in the evening.
Only downside: the room is small so sometimes you have to wait a bit ...
And it remains legibility to carry if you wish ... good appetite!

Great place decorating the atmosphere excellent trilingual service see + (we have not tried everything lol). Have a drink or a huge plate of tapas for 2 to 20euros and you will not be hungry. Food is good and fresh prepared in front of you for the service. Clean place + toilets accessible to guests (rare in Rome). Only default place a little small come early or wait a little

The top !!! Finding such a place in the heart of a city like Rome was truly a surprise. Exaggerated sandwich menu, talking boards. The very easy and cozy setting but for a restful stop after hours of walking is ideal. Very friendly and fast staff. Highly recommended.

From the best shops we went to Rome. We went three times. The staff are excellent and smile all the time. We tried a platter with sausages and sausage. Everything was perfect and at good prices. Card payment normally. Definitely worth the visit and maybe sometimes wait a bit.

For the first time in 2017, I came here to have a good food and kind service and let me remember that I went to the store again in 2019. But this time, my boyfriend accompanied me to try the truffle panino porchetta meat dish and pesto&eggplant. Satisfied and happy to recommend! There will be queues for meals. Now, at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, there are only a few tables in the store. The atmosphere is very good.

The food here is good if you like panni's and sandwiches. The staff here is friendly and very willing to give recommendations based on your likes. One thing though is this place is very busy at lunch time in the week from both locals and tourists so plan accordingly when going or take it to go.

One of our best lunches in Rome and I have been to Rome many many times.

Within minutes of the Trevi, but off the main drag and that plus the pandemic is I imagine the only reason why I didn't have to wait for a table. I chose the "big" meat and cheese platter and it was divine. A real mixture of different pork based meats, cheeses, and several beautiful crostini with different spreads, some roasted vegetables and chutneys. A lot of food, which I managed to eat because I was hungry and it was delicious! All that plus a beer and water for less than 20 euros.

Brilliant place. We ordered salads, as something light to eat and received huge wood trenchers filled with the freshest most delicious salad. Lots of cheese and meat and salad was crispy fresh. Service was prompt and friendly, despite the place being packed. Prices are very reasonable. Perfect

If this sandwich is the best in Rome, I lose my hope of Rome. I tell the truth, Florence and Verona also the other cities are more good. Bread tough with nice waitresses but forget your order easily. If I have to write something, it's good there.

It's a really cozy place in the center of the city. Whatever you order is gonna be great and it's really not that expensive. We went there for lunch and even though it was pretty crowded people were only waiting 10 minutes top to be sitted.

The caustic rain is good, the taste is good, the wine is cheap.
But there was something really unpleasant. Until then, I thought it was okay and kind, but it seemed that the male employee wearing the glasses deliberately took the wrong picture. One platter and one panini. I had two glasses of wine. I counted one bottle of wine. At first, I paid for the card, but I found something so strange that I thought it was calculated as a bottle, so I asked what it was. I did not see the receipt, and I was sorry that I took the wrong bottle. But it was too much for me to figure that out on purpose. Consider this house really well, but if you go nevertheless, please stay upright. I really shine. I will never go to such a rude place ^ ^

It was written that it was a sandwich shop.
It's enough to eat two sandwiches in four people, but I also added plate + wine. Q. Truffle sandwiches are strong and delicious. Bread seems to be a panini rather than a sandwich we think, and the cutting board seems to be unfavorable for those who have not used cheese or ham. I ate two pieces of sandwich and hungry too much, so I was satisfied with the board but I was sad because I couldn't eat more. The price of wine is very reasonable and there are many varieties. The staff was pleasant and friendly.
The staff who ordered were very good at English, but the staff who explained how to eat mixboards didn't seem to be good at English. It's Italian pronunciation so we don't understand.
As a tip, if you have a lot of people, you might want to sit at a large table. I put a board on two people's tables and they popped out even though they were placed diagonally. There was no table charge.
