Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PARKROYAL Penang) Review

A very beautiful hotel on the beach, once it was bad now. Its complete, modern furniture, decor and everything, something nice from the other, on the beach of Batu Franji and before it is the people who dealt marine tanks and parachutes.
The staff is very helpful
He had one problem in the rooms it was (bathroom without lock) only the door shut up. I mean, a family with children is a problem. And the chair is far from the door, I mean, don't hold your hand after you hahahahahahaha.
For the buffet varied and nice person for 75 I expect paid
The hotel is very nice and its location is beautiful

Newly refurbished with impressive lobby lounge. Rooms look good but robes weren't always replaced. Pool smaller than pictures but good although not a huge amount of sunbeds. Large range for breakfast catering for all cultures but the cooked area doesn't flow with precooked in front of cooking station resulting in non flowing crowds.

Very nice place . Highly recommended. It's very suitable for honeymoon family day for business and also for anything else.

They have a water park inside which is ultimate fun.

I love the swimming pool here, surrounded with coconuts trees. Nice hotel for relax, but the food here suck :(

Very nice and good hotel with excellent staff and facilities.

Good service overall, starting from checking in, parking is complimentary for guests, fantastic scenery, a newly renovated lounge has opened up, and there's live band performing when we arrived. Room is clean and cold for this hot weather, bed is super comfy too. Will stay here again if we ever revisit Penang.

Everything good except ridiculously priced food at pool

Not much selection and price tend to be on the high side.

The staff are friendly and courteous, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel dining room is cost effective.

We enjoyed our two nights stay here. It's right next to the Feringhi beach. Staffs are friendly, hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean, breakfast is great. For children, there is not only a swimming pool but also an indoor playing area with daycare service.

We looked at several high-end hotels in the area and this was our favorite. The lobby is very inviting. All of the rooms have been newly remodeled. And, we thought that the food prices were more reasonable than the other comparable hotels. The convention facilities are also very nice.

Tastefully renovated hotel with beautiful gardens & spectacular views promised a terrific holiday getaway. But what made our holiday outstanding was the entire staff at this hotel; all who we encountered were very warm, friendly and personable & made our stay memorable. Special mention to Nazulizan, Ruslizan and ALL the bar staff at Sunset Bar - outstanding (Mojitos!) & service by all and we look forward to coming back to Park Royal Penang in the future.

Recommended! Really amazing hotel to be in for a relaxing trip. Shout out to Cinnamon's Hussin (sorry if I spelled it wrong), he's doubtlessly to say very sweet and professional. Made me and my partner a wonderful night in cinnamon. Easily 5 stars but theres 2 things that really bother us.
1. The pillows (all 4 of em) in the room were not dried completely which brings out some unpleasant smells
2. The sunset bar's staffs aren't the friendliest, giving out big "sigh" when we wanted to buy some ice cream

Excellent accomodation, dealings and my neighborhood..I do not recommend fishing trips because they are set up in a monument

I had an awesome stay there. The room was lovely and so was the way the hotel was run.
The front office staff were really helpful and kind especially Nazri, Febry and Izaty. Nazri and Febry even accompinied me to their favourite dinner place and refused to allow me to pay. I was really touched.

Excellent resort on the sea beautiful breakfast Maiaibh prices of marine activities are very expensive in which exploitation of tourists abnormally booked the views of the sea and Otuni view p trees are not overlooking and Almnzwih and when I went down and engraved Adlhoha me and this Shi betrayal of the hotel if one second booked or checkpoint through the office if It did not notice that the price varies with the view or without the look of the lobby.

Great service, great location & great company made this a perfect holiday getaway.

I like the hotel ambience, very suitable for families. Service is good but we did encounter a concierge guy who is taking care of the parking area getting worked up when challenged by customers. There's a good variety of food served for breakfast. Parking is inconvenient due to insufficient parking space.

Can give 50% in overall.The Front Office staff Mr.Ethan was very friendly and very helpful.

It is a very nice hotel, and I advise everyone who visits Penang to live in it. It is close to the night market, close to a laundry, and close to restaurants

The rooms overlooking the sea are beautiful. I lived in room number 641 in the middle of the resort, the sixth floor, overlooking the swimming pool, the garden, and the sea ... I did not notice people on the balcony
The toilets have a bidet
The beach is clean and has some nautical activities

We love the environment and the pool.my son enjoy himself so much here.breakfast was good.however,we ordered nasi goreng for in room dining but the prawn is not edible..that is the only downside of our stay..definitely will repeat staying at this hotel.

Very ordinary, simple and cheap, the best quality and quality on a lively street

First thing i notice is staff. A very2 friendly staff, they were welcoming me and my family, and check in process u don't need to que , they will bring u to a cafe in front reception to fill your details with complimentary welcome drink n snack. Room was so nice and comfortable but a bit small, u'll get free cookies in room. Bed was spacious ,literally can fit 5 people . Breakfast was so good , everything was fine. Got swimming pool, beach just behind the hotel, sports water, kids club n more. Parking are easy to find. Near to market, starbucks, kfc n moreee. Overall i can say, i loveeee staying here so I recommend to book here if u are planning to visit penang!

Was at Cinnamon Restaurant at Park Royal for the Lunch Buffet. The service was excellent with a smile from the guard as well as each staff that greeted us. There was a wide range of dishes to choose from and they were good.
We could not eat every dish but enjoyed what we chose.
The surroundings were well kept and the landscaping fantastic. Makes us want to come back again ....congratulations !

I LOVE THE FOOD HERE. SO GOOD!

They have such a good,beautiful and spacious lobby with an open ventilation system, so you gonna sweat a little while waiting for your UBER. But don't worry, you can take a walk around the pool at the back where there is more breeze,windy and why not to the beach side too right? The sand behind this Hotel is white, it made me wonder whether its a gift from God, or they bought the sand, because if you look at the other side of Batu Feringghi, not everywhere can you find white sandy beach like that. SO COOL!

I would say, they have a good location (walking distance) where it's near the night market and night life stuff ;)

The room is overpriced for me because i think the furniture they used are pretty old. Or maybe it's just vintage but i don't know how to appreciate it?
However, when i woke up, i can see the sea, and the birds flying up in the blue clear sky, it gave me a sensation what a good room we had.

The Parkroyal Penang Resort is a beautiful hotel on the beach of Batu Ferringhi in Penang. It has large rooms with balconies which offer views of the ocean. The room I was fortunate to have during my stay in Penang had a nice balcony staring straight to the ocean. It also had a lanai facing the town.

During the day you can do all the tourist type of things such as hiking, water sports and the such. At night, the street outside turns into the night market. You can use your haggling/bargaining skills to get souvenirs at the cheap. Or, for me, thinking I got a bargain for durian or mangosteen. There are also foot massage / massage parlors on the street. Trust me, you want to get a massage. It is so cheap. I mean cheap!!!!

There is a hotel bar in the center of the hotel. They know how to make Singapore Slings =).

The resort has a nice pool and a good size fitness center. Actually, good equipment at the fitness center. If I recall, there is a half rack and other equipment normally not seen in a fitness center.

The resort is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. As it is away from Georgetown, it will take you 30 minutes to get there. It will also take you roughly 60 minutes to get to the airport. Enjoy your stay here and plan accordingly.

Without doubt it was one of our favorite hotel we have stayed! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Duty Manager John Selva. As mention in our booking we were upgraded to the Premier Suite and we were extremely overwhelmed with it.

We have rated 9 because - as much as we love the extremely friendly environment, not all the staff had the same approach. Perhaps the staff handling the breakfast section should have been a little friendly and maybe the food can be improved.

Otherwise, we were extremely trilled with the excellent hospitality given. Nutshell, we really enjoyed the stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Not suitable for a honeymoon because of the large number of families and children.
Disturbed all the time, and the reception is very bad, and the Roman Service has stayed for three days, what went to the time alone, slowing down the service. The place is sweet and the sea is amazing. All activities are located in front of the hotel's beach. The location of the hotel is excellent
