Rooms seemed newly renovated but the service needs improvement. Asked for an ice bucket to be delivered to my room but it never arrived even despite calling the front desk to remind them. The breakfast was ok, nothing stood out.
The hotel is excellent ,, good location and services are close

And Moye sprinklers in garden sessions to cool the atmosphere
The bathrooms are clean, the rooms are excellent, the service is excellent, and the lighting at night is very good

Note the children's games room is far from the park Vkhavoa need to sit together because they are isolated or delayed on them

Love this resort. It's so beautiful and the staff are friendly! It has direct access to the beach, sunset bar is a great place to chill and great breakfast! The rooms are very spacious, clean & comfortable bed. Will certainly visit again.

Every January for the last 20 years we have stayed for 2+ weeks - and we love it. The real strength of this hotel lies in the calibre of its staff - all levels and trades - who are unfailingly helpful cheerful and competent.
We love the wide open welcoming entrance with its view through to the gardens and sea beyond - a significant WOW factor! There are renovations going on at the moment but there appeared to be no interference with 'normal life' for hotel residents other than certain limitations to the 'Uncle Zack's' menu selection - so well done to all involved. The gardens this year are looking the best we can recall.

Our stay was very relaxing the rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff the front desk make you welcome and explain every thing the Resort has to offer. To the Managers and there staff thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. A special thanks toJelani Kassim who made sure everything ok and listen to us so thank you. To the staff in the outside bar and the staff in side what a great fun time we had with you lots of laughs thanks. W e would also like to say the food was great and the service was good . We would recommend this resort as a great place to stay for holiday and will go back there .

This 5 star hotel really deserve 5 stars!!! Their buffet breakfast is worth it. Lots of choices. I love their coffee bar and they have a kids corner for buffet breakfast... cute.
The old building was refurbished more than a year ago and is beautiful.
Five-star hotel, however. . . . The room was not clean and there was no five-star cleaning.

I had the most wonderful experience in Parkroyal Penang. It was a busy weekend but the staffs handled them extremely well while enforcing strict CMCO SOPs. The hotel itself is delightful and well maintained, with amazing food, and also facilities for the kids.

I stayed here for honeymoon and I really enjoyed, but watch out for the jellyfish if you gonna swimm in the beach.

I totally in with the food served, their friendliness towards us - visitors on official trip from Sarawak. I will not forget ur welcomed drink - pineapple juice in a dancing glass.. Hence, ur room is so comfortable and i dont have to quarrel with my roomate about tv channel as each room has two TVs.. .. Feel crazy a bit about that... I'm looking forward to be at ur hotel again in the near future and please starred my name in the list.

The location is excellent in the middle of the night market on Batu Franji beach (there is a Lebanese restaurant close to the hotel, which I do not recommend)
The park is good, it has a restaurant and they have shisha for 45 RM
His problem is they have one small elevator

The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable

There's a lot fun activities (ping-pong, volleyball, slides, beach), the food there quite pricey but ok, they have amazing mocktails and delicious pizza. At sunset there's a beautiful view
We extended our stay from 3 nights to 5 nights, the room was comfortable, clean & nice. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially staff in Kokonut Klub which are very caring and friendly.
I've been staying here for Christmas 2018 for 5 days and would like to share my personal experience on this hotel:
1. Queue for check in during our arrival for more than 30 minutes. Kindly note that I'm arriving at 2pm and only allowed for check in about 2:45pm. Bit slow for their receptionist to response as to our check in.
2. Daily cleaning room bit slow.
3. Daily breakfast buffet with the same menu served. No new option for breakfast menu.
Apart from the above, the hotel situated by the beach with beautiful landscape. The room is nice. Overall its a nice experience. I believe their staffs need proper training for a better experience enjoyed by their guests.
Tips: their restaurants serves good pizza with crunchy base.

I am a regular here but this was first time mom and I had late lunch at the grill near the beach. Good food!
New facilities and clean rooms. Hotel was recently renovated.
The hotel is currently under partly upgrading however it's very comfortable staying here especially all staff are well trained, friendly and have broad smiles on their faces. Food served in cool banana is great but there's not much food choices for breakfast.

The hotel ambient is great but disappointed with the service.we arrived at 3.15 pm for check in but we have to wait for 2 hours.we were told that the room is not ready yet.. never encounter this situation even in 1 star hotel/motel/hostel.this is unacceptable
Lovely hotel and great refurbishment since last visit. Good value and great place for all the family. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were ALL very friendly, polite and helpful.The 1 boys aged 5 and 2 enjoyed the pool and the environment. Would definitely stay again...
