Great pool view and nice ambient at lobby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially superb is they open up their breakfast restaurant for early checkout of tour groups.

Luxurious hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast is just something. Everything is tasty and satisfying. A wide selection of dishes and various pastries. Excellent location and view of the city. Near the sea, the beach and of course a great pool. I advise everyone.

This is one of the best hotel i have ever visited in Penang! The service is world class and the food is just wonderful. I like chilling in the backyard, while sunbathing and listening to the waves. God, trust me its soooo relaxing. The drink was also refreshing and affordable for their level. Thank you for the memories. Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends who want to go staycation. Much love~

Great room with nice design, surprise welcome treats with drinks for family and easy check-in. Nice pool and easy access to seaside. Nearby night market several great restaurant nearby.

Great hotel. Very efficient and fast check in and check out. The frontliners are very polite and friendly. Checked in Deluxe king room. Very nice room, spacious and clean. Provides mini safe, complimentary coffee and tea, umbrellas, iron, ironing board and room slipper. Received complimentary fruits platter and dessert from the hotel for our 34th wedding anniversary. Very heart warming.

Recently renovated, the rooms are fresh and modern. Staff here have been great. Happy hour from 5pm to 7pm and the bar is close to the beach, what more could you ask for? Not much happening on the streets outside of the hotel so bear this in mind when making your booking. Balcony view is hard to beat.

Parking was very difficult, small areas, no lights towards end of parking lot. Hotel should improve it, or at least put a staff to guide guest where can park.

Frankly the hotel is beautiful and sweet faces and its location is nicer but lacks attention to cleanliness in the rooms as it got me a position with them booked a room overlooking and surrounded by partial view and covered with trees and the second role returned and discussed with them and then changed it need to pay attention

Cozy. Elegant. Great rooms. Somewhat indifferent staff. Great pool. Beside the beach. Prices bordering the higher end though. Recommended.

Service as you would expect. Lots of facilities, staff are very welcoming. Faisal was very helpful and a jolly person to interact with. He pointed out good local advice, where to eat etc. Dont forget to use the water slides, was under the assumption it was for kids only but had great fun on the last day!

Nice and the beach is great but needs an air conditioning Reception I think some of the staff take advantage of the rooms during the exit of the tourists because I found clothes belonging to someone who used the room during our exit

Beautiful resort with welcoming staff and great service. Our room was lovely, opened out to view of the pool and ocean. Food portions were large at their restaurant and the cocktails were delicious!
Their breakfast buffet is also very comprehensive with fresh noodles and omlettes that can be cooked for you

We live in Tanjung Bungah but we love coming to visit friends or spend the day at Park Royal. Facilities, food & friendly staff in all areas make for a very pleasant time. We'll return as often as we are able.

Great location very good staff rooms/bathroom need updating

Location, views and options are great. However i wasn't completely satisfied with the customer service which could be a lot better. Breakfast buffet had great selection however quality of food wasn't that great. The price of the rooms were cheap and competitive on "Agoda" for a 5 Star resort compared to its surrounding 5 star resorts.

In general this hotel has great deals online however you won't get a 5 star service here.

Glad to see improvements made to cracked tiles along swimming pools plus addition of AMAZONIA sort of waterplay. Understand children pool slides will be changed (about time) after CNY 2019. Recently visited and disappointed that nothing new added. The slides are getting dated.

Nice rooms, good food and friendly staff. Good location as it faces the night market and many nearby attractions like the spice garden, reserve forest and plenty of nearby places to eat.

The ballroom is a great place to hold wedding ceremony with good food served.

It is a beautiful and distinctive hotel for me, I have lived there twice, and it is distinguished by its location on the beach and next to it is Malian Street with shops and restaurants, in addition to the staff very nice and loving, I love them for their hospitality

Great resort, had everything we needed and good service. Went with another family and kids loved the pool, slides and Amazonia. Shame the kids club was being renovated but we didn't need it, stayed outside all day. Buffet had a good variety of food, not outstanding but more than enough. Very easy to be in as a family and great location next to beach plus easy enough to get to George Town. Would be happy to stay here again.

The service is good but In a peak season, there seems not be enough for hotel staff to provide the same level of services as usual.
they couldn t replenish food and salad in an appropriate timing in the buffet restaurant etc.

The swimming pools are excellent.
Below 4 years old kids can enjoy a slider with a supervisor. It s rare in Japan.

Regarding in a room dining,
The quality and lead time are good
Please take note that hotel staff sometime forget to bring forks and knifes. Would be better to remind them of bringing after order

Beautiful and upscale but the size of the rooms is rather small and if you do not like hearing voices and toys do not ask for a room near the beach
