Excellent support for commercial use .... clean comfortable and safe parking space ..

We stayed with our delegation on the occasion of the Palio del Casale: the negative reviews do not do the hotel justice. The bathroom was clean and the room was just a tad bit of dust (something one or two days) that I found myself having to clean just because my girlfriend is suffering from asthma and allergies to dust, otherwise you would not even made the case. The only discordant note is the furnishings, certainly dated and that carry "the signs of the time": in a 4-star structure, in 2018, they are certainly not adequate.
But overall the hospitality was great and the stay (including breakfast) very good.

I was at this property for the Immaculate Conception for three days and two nights with fifty clients. Although it is difficult to manage a group of adults of different age groups the staff was wonderfully up to the task. Excellent reception and common areas, the rooms are large as well as the bathrooms with the normal signs of aging (a little more maintenance would not hurt). Free wi fi everywhere, excellent cuisine. Very good price quality. The capable and professional manager was really helpful. I will come back with other groups.

The rooms and bathroom are spacious.
Service and food good.

Big, huge disappointment. This hotel does not keep its promises. No pool despite what they advertise, beds so hard that you can feel every spring in the mattress, breakfast food really not very good (but a good coffee). Outdated style and aging general condition, sometimes dilapidated equipment (fittings etc.). The cleaning is poor (especially the shower) and the electricity system which requires a key is surprising. Ultra noisy air conditioning because old I suppose. In short, to avoid even if on a positive point I will remember that the people at the reception are very nice and that we have a nice little view of the mountains. You cannot define a 4stars, at least not in February. Cold rooms and bathroom without air conditioning. The exterior is well presented, well-kept garden and swimming pool (what are you doing in February?) But the rooms need a renovation. The bathroom the size of a single bedroom, but without it, heating, don't even try to take a shower to avoid thermal shock. The plumbing is lacking and the toilet flushing is inefficient.
I stayed with a group for one night, on a half board basis. Simple but good dinner. The breakfast enough, but we are Italian, American coffee is not tolerable in Naples !!!! if you want an espresso or a cappuccino you have to pay for it. So I suggest to the staff: reduce the superfluous in the buffet, if it is a question of paid quota, but do not remove the cappuccino and the espresso.

We were told by the owner of a grand gala party I was ashamed of her for the owner who goes around the room with the ciabbatti. Room smelly, stink of smoke. Room cleaning leaves something to be desired, bedspread and blanket, taken from the closet, has stains. The ditto bathroom, dirty!
The room, like the rest of the hotel, looks neglected, zero soundproofing of the room. Do not turn on the air conditioner which increases the smell of cigarette smoke !! I was here on business, hotel booked by the company, never again !!

What a god awful place. Changed hotels just to be able to use use a pool. But pool was closed for hotel guests and used as a swimming centre only. Breakfast was actually disgusting! The hotel is very outdated and a lot of things need repairing. I will never visit again!

To rejuvenate and quite a lot too! A single room used as a double has never been seen. Only one power outlet in the whole room and in the bathroom. One bedside table. Broken bathroom drain. Empty minibar.
