You cannot define a 4stars, at least not in February. Cold rooms and bathroom without air conditioning. The exterior is well presented, well-kept garden and swimming pool (what are you doing in February?) But the rooms need a renovation. The bathroom the size of a single bedroom, but without it, heating, don't even try to take a shower to avoid thermal shock. The plumbing is lacking and the toilet flushing is inefficient.
I stayed with a group for one night, on a half board basis. Simple but good dinner. The breakfast enough, but we are Italian, American coffee is not tolerable in Naples !!!! if you want an espresso or a cappuccino you have to pay for it. So I suggest to the staff: reduce the superfluous in the buffet, if it is a question of paid quota, but do not remove the cappuccino and the espresso.
