My wife's 41 year old brother died of a heart attack less than 2 months ago. The er triage nurse on 9/8 laughed at her when her blood pressure has been skyrocketing the last few days and she felt numbness in her left arm. My wife said "my left arm has been kind of numb" the nurse straight laughed and said "IS it numb or not" my wife then called her out and she tried to backpettle saying that wasnt why she was laughing. Ive never heard or seen someone so unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable. But hey i guess she is in demand, so she gets a pass to mock patients. She should have her certifications/licenee pulled. Being in demand shouldn't make you arrogant or inconsiderate. Shame on her and shame on this hospital for allowing that behavior.

I will never go back to this hospital. In the past the care there was wonderful, and now over the years it has just gone down the tubes. I was there for a simple Covid test. And it took over an hour before someone saw me. When I had my port put in they just left me lying in a hospital bed in the waiting area for almost two hours without any explanation. The doctor I was seeing I explained to him that my port was being placed in my arm as per my surgeon order because I have tissue expanders placed in my chest after my mastectomy was done.And he just gave me a big attitude and said my surgeon was wrong, he does this all the time. But I am the patient so sorry dude I advocate for myself. Then the breaker was last night. I was told by my oncologist to go to the ER for an emergent ct. I was there for 9 hours with no of seeing a doctor or even having a ct any time soon. My doctor even told them ahead of time that I was coming. I watched a woman throwing up in pain, people with broken bones, an girl came in with a bleeding head wound people with super high blood pressure thinking they were having heart attacks just told to take a seat. My blood pressure was taken and it came back super high as well but I was told again to just take a seat and someone will be with you soon. I I have never been treated so poorly as zi have been the last few months at this hospital. My fault for not going to Silver Cross like I should have.lesson learned on my part

After waiting 10 days for my scheduled MRI they canceled it right before because there was a power outage so they had to bump everybody back and couldn't get me rescheduled for another week so I decided to go to another location for a MRI and have spent the last 5 days calling every single day asking could my doctor's office send over my MRI order only for them to everyday say they were going to do it right now and never do it I called at 2:00 today and they said everybody was gone for the day because of the doctor doesn't have any evening appointments they all just leave ... I would give it zero Stars if I could

This is a wonderful place for care. Every doctor, nurse, security guard, volunteer and person I have run into have been the nicest people on the planet. Now I am sitting on a bench waiting for a ride home. It is lovely out here.

Nadine the ICU NURSE refused to let me see my dying BROTHER SHE took the word of lisa garner who is a cousin not my brothers wife! They werent married and there was no durable poa how trashy was THAT??? Not to worry im suing her THE nursing staff and security at THE hospital i want that nurse to lose her job! My brother died and i never got to see him before he did! Id go to another hospital.

Every thing is great there all doctors thy are professional nurses they are nice

Eleanor, Alina, Ashley, Lisa, Jill, and all nurses staff on 4level medical surgical unit. But they have the worse nurse she was races and rude her name is rose she don't deserve to be a nurse I wish if they can give her classes to teach her how to treat the people

Found out I was diabetic, was sent to ICU and the staff there was amazing. I've never felt more comfortable with a hospital staff in my life and I've seen a lot of staff in my day. Extremely friendly & very professional. Thank you Charlie & the rest of my amazing nurses.

I had a great experience both in the ER and in the hospital. Everyone was very compassionate, interested in my pain levels, and communicated well with me and the rest of the team.

Discovered I was diabetic, was shipped off ICU and the staff there was astonishing. I've never felt more alright with an emergency clinic staff in my life and I've seen a ton of staff in my day. Amazingly well disposed and exceptionally proficient. Much thanks to you Charlie and the remainder of my stunning attendants.
