My wife's 41 year old brother died of a heart attack less than 2 months ago. The er triage nurse on 9/8 laughed at her when her blood pressure has been skyrocketing the last few days and she felt numbness in her left arm. My wife said "my left arm has been kind of numb" the nurse straight laughed and said "IS it numb or not" my wife then called her out and she tried to backpettle saying that wasnt why she was laughing. Ive never heard or seen someone so unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable. But hey i guess she is in demand, so she gets a pass to mock patients. She should have her certifications/licenee pulled. Being in demand shouldn't make you arrogant or inconsiderate. Shame on her and shame on this hospital for allowing that behavior.
