Palomino Mexican Restaurant Reviews

Last night was our first night to the Palomino and we have NEVER been so impressed with the food, the drinks, the service and the staff. Our server was Anna, who I might add not only promoted the Palomino but several other restaurants owned by the same Family. Her knowledge on the menu was superb, her suggestions for drinks... lets just say. Anna helped customize a unique and original experience for my husband and I that was worth WAY MORE than the tab itself. The cost is decent for what you are getting. Food that is off the charts incredible, it tantalizes the taste buds, and teases you for more. The vibe that flows through the atmosphere there feels like being with family for dinner. A sense of belonging is felt, like that is EXECTLY where you want to be for dinner even though there are so many other choices.

We are somewhat snobs when it comes to what we like and don't, who isn't? However, I cannot shout it loud enough for all to hear but I will try.

Palomino Mexican Restaurant is NOCO's BEST MEXICAN RESAURANT HANDS DOWN. If you go, ask for ANNA as your server/bartender. I must point out that ALL of the staff do an amazing job so if she isn't available don't fret. This little bit of Mexico has you well taken care of.

Love coming here mostly for the Kickin margarita. Been coming here for a long time. Probably my to go to place for Mexican food. Reasonably priced. Good food.

After our recent visit, my youngest daughter told me that she wanted to be our server, Lindsey when she grew up! Lindsey kept the chips and salsa coming, as my little henry eats the salsa like soup! She engaged with our table every time she walked by, and almost made me spit out my water with her quick wit & sense of humor! what a fun personality and sweetheart! palominos, you re doing a great job having this one on your team!

Great location, amazing food! Plenty of vegetarian options, just make sure to ask your server. Elyse was incredibly helpful and super friendly!!

Great food, good margs at very fair prices. Loved the green chili. You can get it hot if you want. Staff was awesome. Fast, friendly and thoughtful service. We'll be back. If you haven't been there I recommend you give them a try.

We hadn't been in for a number of years, which turns out to be something we now regret! Food was as fantastic as I remember, with great portion sizes. My wife had the Carnitas dish (below, tortillas not in image), and the pork was amazingly tender and flavorful. My El Gordo Burrito was so tasty and huge! We'll be back soon!

Very disappointed in our dinner last night, not very busy, maybe half occupied, easy to get a reservations. It still took awhile to be seated, but not unreasonable. The meals were another thing, I order the shrimp tacos for $13 a plate. When the meal came, there were two small tacos each with about 6-7 small shrimp in them, and maybe a 1/4 cup of refried beans and an equal amount of rice. I've been here before for the lunch buffet, which was decent, I'll never be back. What a rip off.
