I had the pleasure of working with several people at Bachus and Schanker and all of them were very professional and extremely helpful. When I had questions or concerns response time was good. I felt like they had our best interest at heart and were able to resolve our case relatively quickly considering we were in the middle of the Covid pandemic. I would highly recommend this law firm.
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company supposedly trying to "help" me! Long story short, Bachus & Schanker was to represent me in my disability case. After not hearing from them in over 10 months and my calling and leaving messages multiple times with no response - I sent an e-mail to their office trying to figure out what's going on with my case (explaining that I am a current cliet, etc.). Finally, I received a response saying "thank you for your interest in our law firm but at this time we cannot handle your case". GREAT REPRESENTATION!!!! And the best part is I WON MY DISABILITY CASE WITHOUT THEIR HELP but they feel that they deserve $$! These guys are crooks!

I was in another law firm handling my accident case. They were not doing anything for my family and I. We heard about Banchus and Schanker through the tv. We called them and told them about our situation. They had answers for us, every time we had questions they had answers. I decided to switch over and I am confident and happy with their help. I got a good settlement more than previous law firm and insurance was even offering.
I was in an accident and never needed a lawyer before. I wasn't sure how to proceed. Yvonne Hansen was so comforting and knowledgeable. I trusted her and was NOT disappointed. She took GREAT care of me and I would use Bachus & Schanker again in a heart beat. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, no question, they are my go to.

Just a warning I would stay away from these ones. They put me in a really bad predicament. I called and told them what happened they said that they would take my case. They even gave me the phone number of physical therapy to go to and I was under the impression they were going to be paying for it. I called for months and months and months with no call back finally yesterday I just went in to see what was going on. They re so an organized so unprofessional. So apparently they never did take my case A woman named Allie lied to me. So basically when I went in yesterday they called me a liar and said that I just went to physical therapy on my own like I just found the person they refer and just showed up LOL. But that s
OK because I will be filing a complaint with the bar. Now I am in debt for my physical therapy that they lied about. I would just stay away they are so on organized they don t know their feet from their head!!! There s got to be better more organized professionals out there to go to I would stay away from this one! This one is definitely overrated or maybe the good reviews got to their head!

I can't say enough nice things about Andrew Quisenberry and his Paralegal Mallory Spangler.
