I've ordered a dozen signs over the years from this place. They get 2 stars for the product quality, it's everything else that is poor. The estimators never seem to understand what they're supposed to do, they ask questions that have answers to in the original email/artwork, then circle back and realize the answers are there and pro long an easy estimate process.
This specific order we ordered 3 matching non illuminated signs. Once sign is ordered we go to a project manager for remainder of job. Our card gets charged for balance 10 days later, but we never received an email or call order was ready. So we email and get told order is complete. We go to pickup, get talked to by 4 people and then told to back up to garage. After 15 min they come back and say signs are not ready, they are waiting on a print and hope it's done this week. Dont know if we are getting the inexperienced folks everytime but clearly our time and money is not valued.

The absolute highest quality wholesale channel letters you can get. They ship anywhere in the U.S. and even Canada (Luckily for me!) Quick Turn around, and no hassle what so ever! excellent support and customer service! 10/10/ would recommend to anyone in the sign industry!
Every other sign place I've worked at, that has dealt with Direct knows their signs are the poorest quality in the industry. The only reason anyone would like their work is because they have no reference for what a sign should look like. The owner and managers of this place have never actually built a sign themselves and refuse to promote or hire people with sign building experience so they continue to pump out poor work. Remember people, you get what you pay for and that works for signs too.
