Staff was super hospitable. Rooms were clean, food was quite good. The only negative I can mention is that the hot water was not at all hot. Not even warm. Other than that, it's a great choice that's right near the airport.

The staff goes out of their way to take care of the guests - I feel like family when I stay there! The rooms are large, clean and have lots of extras. There are comfortable places to sit outside and enjoy the breeze, and the pool is a welcome treat after a day at work. The food is always excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. The menu has enough variety and "American" choices for everyone - the only limitation is in the vegetarian options. I have stayed at other hotels in the past but there is no comparison. I would encourage anyone to stay at The Palms Inn Hotel.

Located a 5-minute drive from the international airport, Palm Inn Hotel is a luxury hotel located in Port-au-Prince that offers free breakfast, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool. The property also provides a free airport shuttle service.

The spacious, air-conditioned rooms at the Palm Inn Hotel feature a desk, wardrobe, safe and private bathroom with shower and toilet. They have tiled floors and a coffee maker. Security is guaranteed 24 hours a day.

The on-site hotel restaurant offers local and international cuisine for lunch and dinner. The property also has a well-stocked bar. Other restaurants can be found 1 km away.

Port-au-Prince city center, where you will find good quality shops, restaurants and nightlife, is a 5-minute drive from the Palm Inn Hotel. The suburb of Pietonville is a 15-minute drive away.

This property was also well rated for its excellent value for money in Port-au-Prince! Customers get more for their money compared to other establishments in this city.

The Palm Inn Hotel was quite nice. The rooms were small but clean and well organized. They have a gorgeous pool for swimming and a small but surprisingly nice work out area. The food served there is delicious and quite reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Port au Prince.

We stayed as the only inbound guests, while other foreigners were departing due to ongoing 'peyi lok'. Not a nice experience, for us but certainly not for the haitian staff. But we greatly appreciate the attentive service and advice we received. An oasis of peace indeed.

I'd like to mention the superb kitchen, too.

The hotel is actually cute . They problem lies within the management . The restaurant was as expensive a a five star hotel but the food and service were equivalent to a school lunch . A definite lack of direction from the manager of the hotel . He turned a blind eye to the poor quality and bad service at every turn . He is a nice person but lacks leadership to ensure quality for the guests . This may never change as he stated he is the brother of the owner . Too bad .... this hotel has potential .
The airport service is that they claim to have is nonexistent . They call a corrupt taxi service and you end up paying for it . $50 for a 5 minute ride to the airport , literally .

Very comfortable with 24hr security. clean pool with a nice temperature. very clean rooms with refrigerator, and thermos for ice water in the room. Hot water showers with good plumbing. Food was very good. I had BBQ Chicken, $12. $3 Prestige and $5 Rhum Punch.

Owner must like cats, about 4 domesticated cats walk around, but never bother you. Sounds odd, but they actually gave a very unique character to the resort. I am allergic to most cats and I had no problems.

William, the owner, is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need.

Only odd thing was the road outside the facility was very rough. The electricity went out for about 3 minutes, once at night and once in the morning. Probably the government, not the resort. Everything inside the Palm Inn was great.

Great hotel. Very clean. The staff is very kind and very accomodating. I had doubts about security but it is a very safe place. There is even a guard at the entrance. The hotel offers a shuttle but otherwise it is easy to walk to the airport (about 15min). The pool is a plus, the food is good (although a little expensive but for a day or two it's ok). Do not forget to take cash in small cuts for tips as there is no wicket on site or even within walking distance. Near the airport but far from the city center by cons. It takes at least 20 minutes by car to get there.

I stayed this hotel in September 2019 for 18 days and was pleasantly surprise by the landscape architecture with the palm trees make me feel like I'm not far from the beach...I felt secure in the hotel with security presence on site 24h. Rooms are very clean, quiet and well maintain.Bed is comfortable. I got electricity 24 hours and air conditioning work very well making the room very comfortable despite the intense heat of september.
Thumps up for the hotel's management that adopts a clearly customer-focused management style where the customer care is very responsive. The staffs in general are very courteous and helpful. Thanks guys to make me feel like home.
I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitively come back.

Stayed at this hotel last week and I was not pleased. We had to stay there because we couldn't get to our original hotel. Firstly, they overcharged us. Haiti has a riot going on and they are taking advantage of that situation by adding all kind of taxes to the price. I told her I have been coming to Haiti and never had these taxes and she also changed an extra 5.00 because my husband was also staying in the room. Even give her the price I found online and she yes that is plus tax. We paid an extra $42.00 per night. Then she tried to charge me for 4 night when it was only 3 nights. I had to pull out my fingers and help her count smh. Secondly, the beds need to be replaced. They are literally sinked in the middle. Toilet in the rooms don't have enough pressure to flush. You have to flush like 3 times and the long wait for the tank to full back. Third, at one point it was only us at the hotel and when the electricity goes they won't put on the generator. The pool was not being maintained, it was duty. Don't talk about the room doors OMG, someone could literally use anything to open the door. I even asked when last did they renovate and she said 3 years ago, which I knew was false because hotel design is my field and that property was not renovated 3 years ago. The only thing that was good was the staff and the parrot. Was so glad to get out of there and get to my actual hotel I wanted to stay at.

Quiet for my 5 vacation days. Clean rooms. Hot water. Breakfast adapted. Cooks are good and didn't have any stomach issue. I haven't used the pool but was cleaned per day. Services in general was good.

Everything we were looking for- clean, quiet, and very close to the airport (10 minutes during peak traffic). Also, the bed was comfortable, and the restaurant food good and fairly priced. All around a good, safe and relaxing place to stay!

This is a cheap hotel option in Port-au-Prince but they do not have the amenities that they claim they have. They say they have A/C but it's only on when the generator is on; which is not often. They claim they have a kitchen in the room. They do but you have to bring your own propane for the stove. And they claim they have hot water for showers. If you want hot water you have to request it, then they will bring a 5 gallon bucket of warm water to your room for a bucket bath.

Very pleasant place. Good value for the money. Mr. Wilherm, the manager is very accommodating. Clean, air-conditioned rooms and very well landscaped. Feels like a tropical resort hotel sans the beach. Buffet dinners are very nice, although the a la carte menu is sometimes not as good. I will likely stay here again.
