It is very difficult to have them on the phone thing that I can understand given the number of calls, but it is impossible to have them otherwise. She does not know if the people we are trying to reach are still on leave or not ... she ends up hung up on us! This is a first experience for a direct contact with the SIEC .... I am stunned by this lack of respect and professionalism towards the users of this public service! I hope that the Directorate will take into account all the comments.

It's been months that I try to reach the person who takes care of BTS following an email that SHE sent me, no response. I try to call, I resent emails, nothing. To have the switchboard on the phone, it is a miracle. I would just like my invitation because I am a free candidate for the BTS OL. I received nothing, not even a calendar of dates.

Very nice and helpful staffs, it seems to always be crowded but they try their best to assist everyone ! Be a little patient when you need to go here :)

The day of the result of our exam (July 8th, for the CAP AEPE), a friend goes to the house of the exams to know how to know our notes, at the reception she is told that the notes have been sent and that we receive them by 48h.
A week later .. nothing .. and when we call to have information impossible to have an operator or even information on how to get the transcript of our exam.

Call for urgent information from a standard operator, between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. The 1st call Madam answered me but the conversation ends. 2nd attempt nobody answers. 3rd attempt madam replies "hello arcueil examination house etc .." I reply, she hears my voice then hangs up on me. 4th attempt person answers, 5th the same thing. 6th attempt, I was FINALLY answered and told me that there is a site available for a duplicate meeting. I go to the site BUT I see that the processing of my request will be processed within 7 days. But my exam takes place in 2 days (knowing that I have already passed 2 days of exams with my summons and that I have 3 days of exams to pass, so I had inadvertently thrown my summons with my drafts of the ordeal) I have to call back. 7th attempt Madam answers me then hangs up on me saying that she does not hear while I hear it clearly and that I am in an area where I never have a network problem. 8th attempt, nobody picks up, 9th I call back with another number, Madame answers me and when she hears my voice hangs up again, 2pm and last attempt I stay on hold for 5 minutes, no one answers. The lady kept hanging up on me, maybe it's time for the break, in these cases she wouldn't tell me to call back later!
I also specify that this lady who answered was the same person throughout.

I was in so much panic because I was in a rush to know where I could get a duplicate of my summons because I had inadvertently thrown away my summons with the draft sheets provided during the tests that I had had during my exam the day before.

Fortunately, I remembered that my employer had made a photocopy of my summons.

I asked them early / mid February to send a proof that they had. I call them a few weeks later to verify that they have received my request, knows never, there are dates to apply. The ideal place to pass exams in all neutrality. Large building in the shape of a cross. This brings good luck to those who still believe in God. For the others .... . It has 7 floors. There is a toilet. You have to bring water with you. If you stay all day, bring the snack to the bag. If not there are places all around to eat. Be careful not to cheat on exams because supervisors do not have pity. You have to arrive early because formalities require time.
