I loved how hotel looked. The check in was fast and hotel was clean. I liked where the hotel was and everybody was so nice helpful, It close to other hotels but if you do go out never use cabs. I got upgrade to the spa room for $60 for two nights which has nice view.
Great place to gamble and play bingo. I seem to win here than anywhere else. The buffet isn't the greatest but overall its still a good value.
I can't honestly give Palace a 4 or 5 star rating because it just isn't up to par the Buffet is not very good and has limited dishes whereas all the other Stations have really good dishes at the buffet. The gambling leaves much to be desired. The dealers and put bosses have no personality and are not very welcoming. The other Stations are much better.
The wait for the oyster bar is way too long, and the food quality while is good, doesn't justify the wait.
Nice remodeled rooms. Good location right off freeway & not too far from strip. Enjoyed the stay!

I am going to fairly update my previous negative review, which was complered before the 2018 remodel. In my most recent stay here, (12/18), the casino was much cleaner, the overpowering smoke smell was gone, and the rooms were bright, clean, and crisp. Staff was SO friendly, every staff member at every post. The only downside was a major lack of restaurants and quick bites, and still a fair amount of unsavory characters hanging on from the old days.

Although I didn't stay here it was good for me to burn a few hours before my flight. I made a few hundred dollars on the slots, drinks were served regularly (free) and the food was good and surprisingly cheap

I usually go for the breakfast buffet at Feast where all of the fantastic staff treat me like a king (especially Star)!
Didnt care for the special prime rib and seafood buffet..it was just average at best.
Palace Station was great. They are taking precautions to keep everyone safe. I felt comfortable gambling at the machines. I had a good time. I will be back this weekend.
I thought this place was great. Definitely a nice place to go that's off the strip after we had dinner nearby. Although I wasn't expecting much since it wasn't on the strip, it was great! The game they have are up to date and the servers were pretty good at bringing drinks quickly.
I have loved this place ever since the first time I walked in 5 years ago the staff is always super friendly from the slot ambassadors to the security does soda is always yummy cuz I don't drink alcohol and the games are always the reward points system is very fair pretty much all station casinos are good but this is the best one in my opinion.

Billing is not shown in an easy way to read. It s like they are trying to hide charges. The free business center charges $32 an hour for computer use. It s rediculous.

For what it is, an off strip, more locally oriented and reasonable accommodation, it does a good job. The rooms have been redone and are.comfortable. the staff was pleasant at all locations I visited, from check in, restaurants, tables, rewards desk, bingo, etc. If you are looking for lavish and themed, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for something close to the strip, comfortable, reasonably priced, with all the gaming you are used to, I wholly recommend it.
We had such a good time!! The staff was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, u have to try it... the casino was clean, and great... Cinnebar... well what can I say... was one of the best movie theater experiences of my life ... this place has customer service down pat!! We will definitely be returning, BTW the rooms are super and the beds comfy as hell
Somone peed in our room so we got a room upgrade to the top for free. The pools are nice ao ia the service.
For the price it's not that great it's dirty and more smelly of the casinos they will not work with you on complaints they have a idgf attitude the keys never work you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig you can find better on the strip or downtown freemont
Palace Station has great room rates. Their buffet is pretty good with a big selection of food. Employees here are nice and friendly. Great place to stay when you don't want to pay those high Vegas prices.

Bingo is always a blast people forget it use to be called the bingo palace. Check it out real friendly
The buffet was good and similar to the Palms but I didn't like standing in line for 30 minutes.
This place is great love the margaritas they have here. Ive won a few times with the tips I made and doubled it someone's even triple. Lol
Went to the Chinese restaurant inside of palace station. Food was good. Service was good. Enjoyed my time there.
Very nice inside now that it has been remodeled. It smells great and we liked the changes. It will be our new hangout on the weekends.
Didn't see too much cleaning going on during this pandemic and didn't see them enforcing the face mask law ... So if you go please be careful
this casino hotel has been completely remodeled. It is so beautiful and it smells very nice inside. The feast buffet was one of the best ever. If you have plans to go to Vegas this is the place you need to stay the palace station.

I heard Charlie at the front bar say since I'm about to retire I will only serve my regulars. So if you dont know Charlie dont go to the front bar during swing shift.
I go here for the pan roasts at the oyster bar. EZE is the chef par excellence. Returned April 2019. Had to skip the awesome Bloody Mary due to driving committment. Enjoyed the house pan roast and chicken pan roast!
Chinese lady at the cashier desk is rude asf and will get slapped .PPERIOD
Luxury? No. But it was clean, staff was great, friendly, and accommodating. Nominal charge for a room upgrade. Would love to see more food choices. Maybe that's coming with the construction that was going on. All in all we will be back.
Cinebarre is off the hook nice! It's one of rhe finest luxury theaters in Las Vegas.

The remodel looks nice, they took out the Irish bar and just have bar seating in the middle of the casino at two long bars. Oyster bar the same and add a few new restaurants.
We mosty come here to eat at their buffet... we have yet to try their other resturants...

I noticed that a lot of locals come here so the parking gets a little tight in the evening just about dinner time... yeah we went about 6ish... we circled around about 6 times... we ended up going to the farthest parking lot and we found a few but not a lot...
We have yet to stay here to see how their rooms are and what they offer...
Just like any other casino you should sign up for their players club card... which they have promotional specials that you can take advantage of... this is one of the reasons why we come here they have excellent promotions...
We will be back to try other eateries for sure and maybe one day have a staycation..
There was black mold in the bathroom and shower. I have pictures to prove it. The middle night stand was burn from someone smoking when it is suppose to be a non-smoking bedroom. I complained in the front desk. They told me that a woman named Lana would give me a call to solve the problem and it has been 6 days and haven't had a call from her. I am thinking in calling the health department of Las Vegas and channel 8 to report it if I can not get an answer. By the way the rooms are small and outdated for the price. From now on, I will stick with what I know and stay on the strip. it's worth it. I won't be coming back to this establishment. It sucks.
This casino got a huge facelift, it's new investors finally realized that you can't bite the hand that feeds you. The replacement staff could do with some sorely needed Customer Service training classes though,Been spoken to rudely on a few occasions. Hopefully things will improve.
I enjoy going to palace casino. I didn't really win but it was okay.
Buffet is limited on choices, the booths were filthy and the fopd was very bland. I'm glad it only cost me points not cash or I would have been really mad.

this is the original location for the stations casino group in Las Vegas Nevada. I remember when it opened as the bingo palace on the other side of the freeway off the strip. Now they have a dynasty including the red Rock and wildfire stations fiesta and who knows what else. Today I ate at Sears burgers and desserts amazing amount of draft beers
The rooms are clean and comfortable and smell clean. The buffet food is good no to expensive except for holidays. Casino floor smells ok. Except when you get closer to the sea food restaurant.

Newly renovated. This place is clean! No more smoke smell. Very friendly blackjack and craps dealers. The buffet was good and an excellent value.

It s an ok place. Used to work there, and management screwed me over.
Since they renovated the place I have had nothing negative to say about the place. They looked like they were stuck in the past before but not all the games are new with bets that won't break the bank and the buffet is nothing short of perfection. However I haven't stayed in the hotel so I can't speak on behalf of the rooms. Also the people there are very attentive.

Went to the buffet with my family while in Vegas for Christmas. The choices seemed endless, and was DELICIOUS and FILLING! Chinese food, Christmas dinner, fried chicken, 2 salad bars, soup, desert, and more! We had a great time, thank you!
I was expecting a great experience because of the reviews and photos, but as soon as we check in and we got into our room the toilet was overflowing and it had water all over the bathroom floor,I called front desk and they moved us, but that s when things got interesting, the room smelled like cigarettes, it had cigarettes ashes on the bathroom floor. Called the front desk again, there were no rooms available due to the holiday. I said I was going sightseeing with my kids and asked if they could clean the room properly.. when we got back the ashes were still on the floor, was not cleaned at all! It s really upsetting because I was with my kids and also because of covid. The next day I had to beg again for them to clean my room. The food, the view, the pool and the casino were great, but I don t think we will come back.

They put a new cover on the same casino. There was very little change to the gaming area. The only exception was the dirt all over the video poker machines. One was so dirty that it would not even accept my money because of the dirt in the money slot. We were very disappointed. We were expecting a complete makeover and only saw a new outside. The buffet is now downstairs. Except is was not open yet. However, we received buy one get one buffets for the day from the kiosk with no way to use it. We were very disappointed.
Probably my favorite place to go after work. They have remodeled the whole place very clean and not too crowded. Best buffet for the price. We like to play the wild moon video poker seems to have the best payout
