PALACE STATION HOTEL & CASINO Review

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly from check in to check out. Buffet was a very good value with good food. Casino staff were very helpful. Walls to the rooms were paper thin so we could hear everything that happened next door and in the hall. Would recommend this place to my friends.

It's being remodeled, but it's always been a good place. I don't do much if i stop there, so i can't say much about the rooms and services.

I have a lot of fond memories of Palace Station. We had girls night there forever. They have great food, gambling and, is always clean. Great location and handicap accessible parking and entrances.

Chase paychecks be always "unverified account number" and takes 6-7 weeks to get verified , too bad :(

Nice casino. Nice restaurants. Games have decent payouts.

Close to the strip with the famous oyster bar. Average off strip casino.

Never been there b-4. Been to other station casinos. At time buffet was upstairs. Food great. Had family in town, brought them.

Remoled from last time I was there. Smells clean, looks clean . new bars!

Mom lives here in Vegas so I come often and this time I decided to stay at Palace Station. First thing you ll notice is all the hidden fees they re going to add on at the front desk during check in which btw is going to take 10-20 minutes. The whole place was under construction so the inside was all covered in black plastic and scaffolding. When we finally checked out there was a line and the few workers in front, I think the one we got was named Valerie, were incredibly rude and were letting people cut the line. If any managers see this check the cameras 6/23/18 12pm they were chatting around while the line just stood there then told me to wait when I stepped up to be helped. Which I only did because some guy walled right passed the line right up to the front desk. Overall 1 star because the PALMS is a better deal, have better customer service, is in a nicer area, and they just upgraded their rooms.

Great casino that is away from the croud of the strip

Bad, i cannot believe my stay at this hotel.

First we show up and they ask for a credit card(pretty standard in case of damage right? ) NOPE, They take your card and charge you 338$ WITHOUT TELLING YOU! they just charge it. When i booked my hotel online it said price was final. ITS ONLY FINAL PRICE YOU PAY ONLINE, NOT IN PERSON.

We stayed next to a couple that argued EVERY NIGHT,called and complained and they NEVER ONCE CAME AND CORRECTED THE SITUATION. So know i know about this random couples cheating affairs and upcoming divorce...thanks..

Here s another, When you rent a room at Plaza station, you are offered a shuttle to and from the strip. the first time on the shuttle my roomie(25) and I(26) were having a professional and personal discussion. The driver overheard our conversation and refused to take us to the strip because we used profanity in the convo. She legitemately took us back to the hotel and when we explained the situation to the hotel manager, he said it s her choice to take you, too bad . When i told him i ll be sure to leave this in my review, he said i ll just have you escorted off the property now if you like ..

To top everything off, after coming back to the hotel because of not feeling well, we were told by security to stay in our room, If we came back down, we'd be out .

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Never felt so incredibly unwelcome in a private establishment. This is the WORST hotel i have ever experienced!

Please, Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. TRUST ME!

Palace Station a step below casinos on the strip but they are clean and it is easily accessible off of I-15. Plenty of free parking as well.

Very nice, I like the fact that u can eat and drink , seat are so comfortable!! The I ly bad thing they forgot put popcorn so we needed to go out and ask for it. The rest was fine.

Invariably the best deal for a casino room in Vegas and has a reasonably priced buffet of moderate size. If you care a lot about the size/modernness of the rooms definitely pay the extra for a tower room, but we have usually found all their rooms to be reasonably clean.

I only ate at the Charcoal restaurant and it was pretty good. The server was great! His name is Doug.

I went to palace station to go eat at oyster bar before we left to come back to Los Angeles. I always come here when I visit Vegas and never disappoint me in any way. I love their oyster as a starter and have clam chowder and love their pan roast. It's creamy and love the spicy level. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Nice casino, more relaxing than on the strip, more reasonably priced. Courtyard rooms need upgrading.

If you stay in the tower its fine. Courtyard rooms are hit and miss,they cram excursion people on there. It is a locals casino so alot of lowlifes are around but the food is good and the rooms in the tower are nice.

Nice clean casino with all that you want/need. The place is located off the strip which was great to me in that you can really enjoy what they have to offer.

The oyster bar is one of the best in town! Love the new updates at the casino property and you can even pick up a buck or two on the slots. Decent Buffet at a decent price to As Long As You Go in the evening..

We went there for some gambling and the buffet know OJ I lost at gambling the buffet was very good and cheaper than the other big places you might want to think about that

The Oyster Bar is phenomenal. Fresh seafood prepared in steam pots right in front of you! Choose your heat level and ENJOY

Just moved to Las Vegas will most likely be the last time I stop at this Casino. Came for the Video Baccarat, leaving cause the Cocktail Waitress, I went on 1/7/2019 and brought my girlfriend with me around 1:00 AM. The short curly blonde hair cocktail waitress with tattoos took our drinks 5 minutes after we got there which is great, I appreciate the quick service however we were waiting 10 minutes for our drinks and seen her walk past us with our drinks on the tray and serve others and ask it people want more drinks as if she completely forgot she took my order, after I had to go chase her down and get away from my machine I was on and got my drinks, about 20 minutes have passed my beer was just about empty and my girlfriends Strawberry Daiquiri was finished at that point I asked her to get more drinks and she got rude and said uhhh no I don't think so there is a 2 drink at a time limit and walked off before I could respond, at that point I was up $300 off of $1000 I brought in about 30 minutes so I took my money and went to another Casino. Been really lucky here I will say that, been here 4 times and never walked out losing once, this casino lost a customer though because of it's terrible service.

Service isn't that good. Food at buffet isn't worth it really.

I love the new Palace Station it looks so updated now. Went to little Tony's to have some pizza and the pizza was awesome good place to eat I definitely recommend it.

One of the best games are there and odds of winning are in the gamblers favor. Very enlightening atmosphere and live entertainment.

I stayed here for work (A1 Garage Doors) I came from Albuquerque NM, I really enjoyed coming here the room was immaculate. The resort fee has to be paid with a credit card which is annoying but needed.

Been coming here for years. Little tonys pizza is soooo good! My mom said the chinese place was also really good. I miss the center bar they had before it got remodeled. It used to smell so bad in here but after the renovation it smells great! I love gambling and hanging out here and i cant wait for the movie theater!!

Really a nice surprise...good place to stay and good food

Went to the buffet. It was decent, a little expensive for what it was. The salad bar was delicious and plentiful. Loved that they had like six different types of hummus. Our hostess was kind, readily available, and made sure our drinks were full.

Good price, clean rooms. Location is not on the strip, but has shuttles to Fashion Mall at the end of the strip.

It was a great hotel away from the hustle bustle of the strip

I truly loved the Palace Station Hotel & Casino because during the short time I visited I was blessed with knowledge of various national and local electrical codes. During a recent luncheon I attended!!! I had the honor to hear from a very knowledgeable person by the name of John McMahon who spoke of many different possibilities when it comes to how efficiently we're actually using electrical distribution systems , what the NEC requirements are, and what can be done to improve this from Engineering , manufacturing , proper selection, and even installation of different systems. Oh and a special thanks to all the people at the International association of electrical inspectors ,all the guys at NV energy, the People at water district, all the hard workers city of Las Vegas, city of Henderson Nevada, Clark County school district, The various representatives out there that shared and most of all the guys at Able Electric, thanks to all of you.

Stopped in to play bingo with friends. Hadn't been to the remodeled bingo room, and was very impressed. I didn't win anything, but sure had a great time!

Palace Station is very affordable with quality rooms. The Oyster Bar is a must!! One of the hidden gems of Las Vegas. Worth the wait.

I enjoy the openness of the parking and the hotel is away from the strip which I think is pretty go to avoid ttaffic.

Enjoyed the food but was given the run around when I didn't get my points for the meal.

The reason I gave it a 4 is due to the fantastic work done with the face lift on the casino. As for the feast (Buffet) it needs better choices with the food! The hot meal were not very warm at all and the fish this gentlemen was eatting at the table next to me was smelling to fishy. It should not smell that way at all.
I will go back to the Palace Station and maybe to the Buffet for breakfast where they cook the eggs in front of and guarantee they warm hot enough.Thank you

It is like most other Station casinos. Rooms are nice, cheapish in price, usually vacancies. Casino is neither high class nor cheasy and cheap. They are renovating the place so excited to see how it turns out. Maybe up up my vote to four star after they finish.

Hotel is off the strip but people come here for the Oyster bar. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. I've stayed here a few times before and it's okay. It's clean and staff are friendly.

I love the new Renovations I went there to celebrate my birthday today and I had a fabulous time thank you Palace Station

Service was excellent and no wait to be concerned about at all

The room was good. I called a head reserved a room. They told me it would be a certain amount. When I checked in they had added charges and taxes and the amount had doubled. When I checked out the next morning the bill was four times what they originally told me.

Nice, smaller local casino. Undergoing renovations. Buffett is new. Good food at reasonable prices.

Not a 4 Star hotel/casino and not meant to be...since recent renovation, it's really nice....both rooms and casino....modest pricing + comfort/aesthetics = great value

The feast inside the palace is very nice, good food. Selection was ok I which they had seafood.

Much better since the renovations and the sports book is great!
