It's a nice place, very quiet. It's really good for studying. The exhibits are all about Mormon education, so it can be boring if you're not interested in that.

Every Friday they have music at noon in the gallery. I've been a visiting pianist for this open event multiple times. Their piano is extremely well cared for and I was pleased as a musician.
The staff there is very friendly and helpful. It's a good place to sit on the nice leather chairs and study while soft music is being played.
This is a museum with exhibits describing the history of education at BYU and in the early days of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The gallery has a huge window facing eastward that spans two stories of the building, offering a great view of campus. If you want to take a tour of BYU campus, this should definitely be a main destination on your list.
Curator Heather Seferovich was amazing. See the Jesus Wept exhibit!
Great exhibit that is changed out every now and then. Great place to visit for YSA Home Evening activities. I would highly recommend that everyone who attends BYU visit the exhibit at least once before they graduate.
A little different kind of museum, but it is interesting. More adult themed with lots of historical information.
It's a really interesting mini-museum/massive diorama. It'll take 25 to 30 minutes to get through if you stop and read through everything. If you're interested in the history of education amongst the early Latter day saints, then this is the place for you!
Nice exhibits, and I love the views! They often habe a live pianist, and it's a great place to sit and relax, think, or do homework.
Limited info stations and has a tendency to be too quiet for kids.
Education in Zion used to be balanced on the fulcrum of changing agricultural advancements and preventing diphtheria, these days we study from the best books and treasure up words of wisdom such that one day all will be able to go forth to serve in the campus of the world.
Really nice museum-like exhibit that deals with the history and formation of BYU. They offer free tours whenever you want. Just walk in and talk to the kids working at the desk and they'll give you a tour.
It's a very interesting exhibit. I had to go for one of my classes, but I ended up staying longer than I had to because it was interesting.
Super cool museum, if you ever get the chance to visit it.
If you are close by and have some free time and interest in BYU or church history this is definitely worth your time and is pretty inspiring also
Kind of boring but kind of cool. Great place for FHE on Monday s. Good family activity.
Educational and interesting but not as indepth as I hoped.
I did not know this permanent exhibit at the BYU Humanities building existed until this week! It has been there since 2006 after this building, the JFSB was built specificially to house it! There is a spiral staircase leading up to the exhibit, crowned with an oculus, both symbolic for Latter-day Saints and having ties to the temple. The Education in Zion exhibit is a must-see for anyone with an interest in education, whether parents, teachers, or lifelong learners. The processing room at the end of the tour was really special, too, and gave me a chance to ask myself some questions about how the Holy Spirit participates in my own learning endeavors. I was blessed and uplifted by the knowledgeable docents there, as well.
Great place to visit while on campus. Quiet, some people go there to study because of the calm atmosphere
This is a beautiful exhibit. Be sure to look for two enormous paintings at the north and south ends of the gallery.
Very breath taking, a little confusing on where to start but you can't go wrong once you decide to start
I've really enjoyed this small museum on campus. It's nicely curated and a nice calm place on campus. Beautiful windows open up to campus and the mountains behind it.
Nice atmosphere, very restful and quiet. The natural lighting is awesome. The spiral staircase is also impressive. The display is nice to glance at once or twice if there's nothing else to do, but not extremely engaging. I like the free postcards.
It's a really good exhibit actually. Not something to come all the way to campus to see, but if you're on campus it's a nice place to stop
This was a really cool exhibit! I learned a lot about the University and it was presented in an easy to follow setup. I would definitely recommend giving this exhibit an hour of your time.
