Bought a beast of a truck from Mike P. He was by far the best salesman I ve ever dealt with. His ability to not use a pressure sale, and make it more of a challenger sales type made my experience amazing. Paddock has a lifer here.

Due to circumstances regarding Covid 19 and the lack of inventory of vehicles, I had been on many web sites to find a vehicle that closely matched our interests. I discovered Paddock Chevrolet had one, I scheduled a visit to test drive it. Upon arrival we saw the the vehicle I viewed on line. We were met by salesman who told us the vehicle of our interest was just sold and driving of lot at that moment. Through an extensive discussion Don shared he had a similar vehicle with different trim design and color. We drove the vehicle and with Don's insight purchased it.

Appointment was easy to make online. Check in was fast. Had txt # to check in on completion time. Check out was easy. Service manager actually seemed to understand the car and what it needed. Most don t. Better than I have ever had at Chevy dealers in the past. Very modern.

Easy check in, great waiting area. What I loved most is that I didn t feel like I was getting repair suggestions shoved down my throat. The service person was knowledgeable about my Traverse and what was needed both now and in the future. Really enjoyed my first experience at the service center. It matches the amazing customer service I received when I bought my SUV last October

Chris was great! Every question, text or phone call answered quickly and correctly. He was able to get me the exact Blazer that I wanted. I will be recommending him to friends and family as he was recommended to me.

I stopped in without an appointment and was still greeted quickly and taken right in for an oil change. The whole process was fast and easy and I was out in an hour. It s great to have all my records in one place and know that my car has top notch care. I will definitely return.
