Used PPS ( Peak Sleep ) for over a year for my CPAP supplies. In the beginning, the service was palpable, but the drop off became intolerable after the first 6 months. They failed to properly submit claims to my Insurer leading me to re-submit claims and fighting with my insurance company for months to accept the claims, costing me countless hours on the phone and writing letters. Later, they failed to submit claims altogether and sent the supplies anyway without my and the insurance company's approval Then they stopped calling me and and I hand run after them for my supply's and they refused to pic up the phone or call back. After complaining to their managements in Novato HQ, they simply directed me to an App so that they don't have to deal with me anymore. To no-ones surprise the app did not work and directed me to call customer service! Yikes!! I had enough and this week chose another provider who is local and has excellent customer service with walk-ins welcome. Never gain will I deal with these unprofessional morons who fleece the insurance company and let their customers hang out to dry!

Sandy, Utah location is awful. When they called to go set up the appointment, they would not give me straight figures on cost. They told me my Insurance deductible is $5,000 when I know it is $3,000. I then verified with my insurance company and found out it was $3,000. I am convinced they were trying to get me to pay more upfront so that they could collect more from me and double bill the insurance.

On the day of the appointment I call to get the address, and was met by sarcasm and rudeness.

Then the branch manager came out to greet me and I told herI needed to go through the billing with her to understand it before I purchased the machine. She assigned the task to someone else. At that point, I walked out and called to get another referral from my doctor.

Have been stuck using them for 6 months. You can never get a person on the phone, and when you leave a phone number, name, and question for them to get back to you and they never, ever call you. Out of 6 times I've tried calling, I actually got through once. After leaving information twice with no return call, I don't leave the info any more - I just keep calling. Horrible customer service with regard to contacting them. I am going to try to get a different company.

Have been using there services for years, never had a problem until the beginning of this year. By end of March , I have not received my supplies, I Called PPS, they told me that I need to pay in advance before they ship me my supplies which I never heard about, I have a PPO, they usually send the bill to the insurance and I pay them the difference when I get my bill. Nevertheless, I pay them in advance what they said I owed them because I need my supplies. 2 weeks later I still did not get anything, I called them back, got apologies they will expedite shipping my supplies. I paid them on March 26 2018.
This morning, I got a phone call from them asking again for me to pay my advance copay before they can ship me my supplies. Again, apologies from them, they realized I paid already on March 26, " we will make sure to expedite sending your supplies ".
I called back and talked to a supervisor who told me the same things. I will see when I am going to get my supplies . I am going to change to another cie. I was given the name of " Lincare ", used to be Allstar Oxygen. I will check into it. I have never seen anything like I had to go thru and the incompetence and lousy service I have been dealing with.

Very bad customer service, very unprofessional. They treat their customers rude. They are not the only oxygen company in Fort Worth. I have used them for year's , I have never had a problem with them until they sold the company to the people in California, now that is where they run it from . I have contacted another company to change to . My Pulmonary Dr. said they had been getting alot of complaints about Pacific Pulmonary as well.

I was constantly on the phone weekly with this company and got varying degrees of information. Multiple missed deliveries, rude customer service representatives and they would not replace a concentrator that wasn't working. They wanted to deliver monthly tanks for a client that lives in a small unit
