We were having trouble with our rental, and went to Pacific One for help. Matt De Weese and Chris Beard were so sensitive to our needs. Our rental was upside down and we needed to sell asap before it was foreclosed. The house was sold as a short sell. It was sold a day before the bank would foreclose!
