Was missing a few minor parts, a bolt, and two machine screws, for the front fender... Went to their site, sent in a request via their e-mail server, which went nowhere.. Found their company phone number, and called.
Operator asked for e-mail reference number, and handled my request then and there..Problem solved ??
We shall see in a few days...

I bought a $79 bicycle at Walmart...obviously not a high end bike. When I got it home, I found that the front wheel was warped and it would wobble when I rode. Even though the bike was probably damaged by Walmart, I called Pacific Cycle and was connected to an actual person in just a couple minutes. The rep took my name and address, and shipped a new wheel via FexEx no questions asked. I requested the part on Wednesday and had it in hand by Friday. I really can't ask for more.

The customer service at this company is lacking beyond belief, I would give zero stars if I could! I have emailed a simple request for some help on bike parts I need and got zero responses to about 6 emails in almost a month! I tried every customer service email available. My next step is creating new social media accounts so I can bash them there too, and maybe get a response. It's my 9 year old who can't ride his new bike that is really suffering from the lack of any human customer service!

If I could give them NO STARS i would, but to leav...

If I could give them NO STARS i would, but to leave a review I had to give them 1. WORST COMPANY AND WORST CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. With deep regret I purchased there shi**y product for my daughter for Christmas. Within months the bike fell apart, eventually so bad everytime she used reciprocal braking here handle bars flung forward. After waiting on hold for 47minutes I was "helped" and sent new parts. I feel I'm mechanically inclined but my degree isn't in bike assembly so crank, peddles, bearings, tubes, handlebar stem, handlebar clamps, and fork aren't my forte. I had a local bike shop vendor assemble. Needless to stay still having issues warranty company wont give back money until 1 year manufacturer warranty ends. Manufacturer only wants to send me more shi**y parts to a bike not worth fixing. And my daughter has a scared face and knee. Best off all Call Center Supervisor who was on a power trip insisting she was head honcho ( god help this company if she is) was no help insisting no refund could be sent. Waste of time energy and money on bike and warranty!! Contacted BBB and realize I'm not the only one. Also hired a lawyer so will keep you updated Google review!!!! Attached please see pics of shi**y bike and listen to the recording to see how the company could use some more training in customer service!!

My 12 yr old son purchased a Schwinn Axum DP from Walmart with his own money from allowance and grass cutting. The bike is nice-looking and all works well except the dropper post. Within a literal 5 min, the mechanism came loose. I was on hold with support for 1 hr and 15 min while I went from 47 in queue to 6. Then at 6pm CT, their closing time, I got disconnected along with call back later message. I emailed instead and still waiting for response.

Bought an electric ride on atv on Saturday and promptly broke the handle bars transporting home on Sunday. Called cust service Monday at 8 am and had new parts on their way in a matter of minutes. I was fully prepared to pay for them as I broke it, but the rep offered a one time goodwill adjustment, and believe me, i am full of goodwill towards Pacific Cycle. Thank you so much. You saved Easter morning for a 4 year old.

Common, standardized parts in all their bikes, unlike the yuppie brands, and at an affordable price. I really beat on my 1996(?) Pacific Mt Aspen. Yeah stuff breaks but replacement parts are usually under $20. This company helped make cycling more accessible. I don't see myself ever owning a 4 figure Nukeproof or Canyon with expensive replacement parts.
