My 12 yr old son purchased a Schwinn Axum DP from Walmart with his own money from allowance and grass cutting. The bike is nice-looking and all works well except the dropper post. Within a literal 5 min, the mechanism came loose. I was on hold with support for 1 hr and 15 min while I went from 47 in queue to 6. Then at 6pm CT, their closing time, I got disconnected along with call back later message. I emailed instead and still waiting for response.
