This warehouse is poorly managed. No organization and you must know the people in the office to be loaded on time. 5 hours to load. No respect for outside truck drivers.

This rating is a reflection about the white female in the SHIPPING/RECIEVING DEPT named Linda. There are so many adjectives that can describe this individual, however I feel just based upon they way I have been treated by this woman is like a moody dictator that has racist undertones. I spoke with the operations supervisor about this last encounter with his employee. She starts off by telling all drivers to only come to check in at your appointment time, not 30 mins, not 15 mins but AT your appointment time. There's not too many places in the country that doesn't allow check in from a few mins up to an hour. The supervisor CONFIRMED that this is NOT PCWCs policy, they want and need drivers to get checked in, to better serve not only our needs but theirs as well. So with this I'm left thinking she is a lil power hungry at her position. I get along with mostly anyone, it's my nature to be kind and respectful to everyone, up and to the point when I'm being DISRESPECTED! My appointment was at 1430hrs I walked up to the check in window at 1415hrs. She says she's busy and being that my appoint is at 1430hrs it will be a few mins. Then 4-5 others driver are lined up behind me in a matter of a couple mins. She proceeds to tell me to step aside so she can get to these guys that have been here earlier to get loaded or unloaded (racism). I have never ever been told this ANYWHERE in this country before, I look at the guys behind me and none step forward at all....At this point she proceeds to process my check in information. I speak to mostly everyone that I come into contact at this facility. Many I know by name and have a great working relationship with, however even after being kind to the point of bending over for this INDIVIDUAL is working, enough is enough. I spoke with the Operations Supervisor about the situation. All of the employees, her peers knows how she behaves and its condoned by the management at this facility. In reading the other reviews they all are complaining about the same person. I won't describe her in ways others have except for her moody racist behavior. She talks down to most of the drivers, she is in a position that her attitude and behavior put a bad IMAGE on this facility. I could go on and on about this INDIVIDUAL, and yes everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, however there is something to be said about the consistent bad behavior displayed by someone working on behalf of a company. There are banners on the walls near the check in window, all the descriptions of this atmosphere or values don't exsist with her behavior on display. The company is named PCWC not Linda's House of Disrespect!

Worst place for unloading no respect for drivers old woman very rude no body come

Unprofessional unethical unorganized lake of any sense as human I would describe this place as a worst place to do business with

The big asss check in old woman is very rude they're not respecting to drivers they're depending on us the unloaders guys are really nice

Was on time for my pick up and it took 8 hours to get loaded!

Been to this place multiple times. It s a consistent whse with their appointment. Indeed 1 of the lady at the office (some reviewers mentioned) is a rude person. Seem she is always have a bad day. But if you just try being professional and nice she won t bite :) will come here anytime, no problem.

Las 3 times I pick up a load it takes 5 hrs 4hrs no less than so if you come to this place bring lunch and dinner

Its a bad warehouse taking too much time to unload i hate the people working in side its 5 driver check in windows and only one lady working and 80% she is busy in phone.

Lady at the checking works very very slow!!!! Try to come early

I walked in today @ 9am and young lady was so sweet, I think shes new. .

I see her working hard trying to get the drivers in and out So, I didn't mind waiting in the line.

I know this place only is by APPOINTMENT! And
I was 30 mins early and she still took me in.

Supervisor is very friendly she made me feel completely welcome..

Not a very friendly place... cant check in early, so make sure you get here as close to your appointment as possible I was made to wait to my exact appointment.. I wouldn't dare being late.

This place officially sucks never come here if possible avoid it by all means im a boxed truck and they still take 1 hour so now imagine a 53 ft and after reading and officially writing a review i can see managment doesnt care at all,sad to say but these are the kind of business that need to be checked up on.by actuall ownership but at this rate they probably dont car either.

avoid this place, useless workers that will make you waste the day waiting 8 hours to load a trailer

My appointment was 1130 am ,check in at 850am . Got a door. And was out by 950 am,
A slight delay at check in because the lady was alone.
No overnight parking . But when you check in you can pack against the wall.

Place stinks...starts at rude, shipping/receiving clerk..can't check in early..start unloading 1 hour after appt time..can't finish in allotted 2 hours..won't put in out times on bills..2nd time here in 3 years..both times lousy..STAY AWAY..

Need to fire that lady Diane. Real snitch; other than that place was cool to work at beside her. Low pay, never will be above 13.50 and it s union......

My initial thoughts were this is going to be a decent place to pick up a load from. They had been very strict about adhering to their appointment times for shipping so I was expecting a very swift and efficient stop. Totally not the case, the incompetence demonstrated here will most certainly test your patience. Be prepared to take an 8 to 10 hour break here while loading is taking place. It's truly a shame that such a large place can be so pitifully understaffed. The ONLY positive here is they will allow you to park against the wall if you are early or waiting. One star for that olive branch, lol.

One hour wait usually for picking up a few pallets make sure your on time. Appointments are taken seriously

Unloaded me really fast 45 minutes, they care for the appointments though

This place is a joke, Pay sucks,people sucked, its a joke... Stay away from warehouse solution services they don't tell you what the trailers are worth and don't want to show you what your being paid for when your check is short.

I been to this place 3 times. the Lady in the check in Linda is very rude, I was standing there today for a whole hour waiting for her to check me in. she's doing other stuff instead of checking driver's in. ny appointment was at 10. I got there at 920. came back at 940 cause they get a line and I know how this lady works. by the time I checked in it was 10 46 am. and they wanted this 6 digit number and that i didn't have. my dispatcher kept sending me numbers and nothing. she was extremely rude about it. luckily I got another load and I took off. last time I showed up 11 minutes late and she was charging me late fee.

I would give them zero star if I could because driver was there for delivery 3 hours before but refuse to take delivery until his delivery time. If we're late then won't take us and charge late fees and if we're there before appointment and they won't unload you. Also, the ladies at check in office very disrespectful to drives. They're rude

4-5 hours of loading and if you are a minute late then all day and a late fee, very terrible shipper .

Got here early got to the window got a dock.done for the day wait till next load.
