Good environment nice team happy to be part of pacecom

Not a good palace to work with in terms of discipline, infrastructure and people are trashy.

I have tried to contact HR via mail and they didn't even responded me back and the saddest thing is that my profile actually matches their requirements (having enough experience too )

Then how do they recruit?
Via reference no matter how talented your, how experienced your they don't want you rather if you're coming via reference then it's good for them even though your a scrappy programmer or don't even know anything about their domain.

Note: These post is based on my own experience and the feedback received from the people who's working over there.

Worst HR management. I attended interview here and cleared all rounds. The HR person kept assuring about job if I clear all rounds. But as soon as I cleared the 3rd round, managerial round, the HR stop responding to my calls. Then suddenly after few days he said we no longer have this position available. I had to travel from another city to attend interview and if the position was not there then they shouldn't have conducted interview or kept assuring me of getting the job if I clear all rounds.

I worked for Pacecom for 2.3 Years .And my experience is:-
1) Worst Company
2)worst management .specially higher authority .
3)work environment is very bad they will tell you to do 12 hours work also they will not allow to go for lunch.
4)Never they gives u salary on time ..always they gives salary after 10 -15 days (some time after 1 months also) also they deducts the money and if u will ask the reasons they will fire u.
5) They will never pick your call . If u call them from any other num firstly they will check on true caller and suppose if they will pick your call so after listening your name they will cut your call.
6) Worst management specially CEO and HR.Ever they have behavior and manners issue.
7) Very bad place to work specially for girls. Totally Time waste.

We guysvv(4) attended interview there 2 months back. They told,you will get a call and telephonic round was there.still call is coming.coming coming. I did'nt tell company is worst but i will definetely say the person who told us like that was bbad sorry to say this.
