I am very dissatisfied with the service of Paans and the handling!
Maintenance contract signed for one-off maintenance. This would cost 94.50 per service, excluding any malfunctions and including VAT. Mechanic has been and cleaned our boiler. He has noted that the gas block may be leaking, but has not replaced anything because my boiler is still under warranty. Have a new mechanic come next day (other company) and he says that in all likelihood there is nothing wrong with our gas block. He has the block checked, if the block is not broken, he puts it back. To my surprise I receive an invoice of 173.01 from Paans. I have to pay call-out costs and 2 hours of wages. I do not understand this, because I have signed a maintenance contract for only a maintenance of 94.50. And this includes VAT. And no call-out costs of 44. When contacting me by phone, I am told that the following has been explained verbally :. Not included in the agreement: The first maintenance for appliances with overdue maintenance or installation defects. The first time, the contract does not apply and the boiler is inspected first and replaces what must be replaced at the full rate and call-out costs. I indicate that this has been told to me, but it belongs to contract number 2, a top guarantee service contract and I have not signed it. That would also make sense if someone has an old boiler and wants to enter into this contract. But I we a new boiler and have therefore opted for contract 1. Paans stands firm and believes that he has been clear and that it is normal that it is not mentioned in the contract. If I get it over the phone, they say it is enough and they believe they have been transparent and clear about this. In the appendix you will find the contract types. I'm done with Paans!
Super bad employees / service !! Thursday evening my boiler did not work, no contact .. Friday morning 8 o'clock called only after 3 o'clock someone came to see, but could not do anything because a part had to be replaced. Mechanic comes by in the morning for maintenance on the central heating boiler. I come home in the evening at 15 degrees, so I call Paans. I get a lady on the phone who is so blunt and rude, it just shocked me. A technician couldn't come by in the evening (while they have a 24-hour service) so I had to sit home again the next day until a technician comes to fix it. Firstly, I have never asked for this mandatory maintenance, have never been bothered by anything and am now in the cold. Then of course everything can happen, but to respond to me on the phone in such an incredibly rude and service-less way is really unworthy of people. I speak of shame !!!!
Thanks to the Paans company, I can sleep in a cold house for another night without hot water. Paans24 / 7 does not apply during the weekend, there is an 8 to 5 mentality. Because of the housing foundation, I am attached to this ball tent that still has to learn to comply with agreements, I am not complaining about the service of Paans, because they do not give ....
Very poor communication! They cannot meet an appointment between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. If you call afterwards, they first say that 'they will be there soon'. If you call again, she says that the technician still has to go to 2 addresses and then comes. But the very 'friendly' operator also says that they cannot see whether the engineer is running late. But she suddenly knew that he still had 2 addresses before he came to us. I say late, I make another appointment early in the morning. Go and look in the planning, apparently in Timbuktu, because she puts you on hold. That takes a long time, and that while you have no time and someone is waiting for the technician at home. I'm calling again. the next 'friendly' lady says that I had hung up, I say no, you put me on hold. Just stay on the phone! And it really doesn't matter if you enter 1 or 2, because you always get the same on the line. For malfunction or for maintenance. The next appointment is in a week and a half, even though I say I no longer have any hot water. Doesn't matter at all. Between 8 and 9 a.m. I say what time does the technician start, yes 8 o'clock, but she cannot guarantee it. I say I start home care at 7 am and then I am really with the client, anywhere in the neighborhood. No, according to her, the engineer can come across anything on the way and not be with us exactly at 8 o'clock. Well we are curious, because this has a sequel.
What I also find strange about Paans is that the two of them meet each other and wait in the street with us in the afternoon until the end time and then drive back to Leerdam. What a company, thought it was almost bankrupt, but now I understand why, it just doesn't work. Especially the ladies on the phone, disgusting! They do not accept the customer getting angry. They also don't understand anything, because the engineer is protected. I said, I will start with the engineer next week, but that is not allowed, because he has nothing to do with it. Well I say, it has everything to do with it, because he has to communicate with the planning if something fails and apparently that doesn't happen!
The mean thing is that they always put you on hold if they can't handle the conversation !!!
Their service hour is until 21:00 but i call them 20:00 and they could not help me.They fixed the problem in the cv and after 3 days it happened again the same problem!!!
The lady on their customer service was super rude! She actually screamed at me because I wanted an explanation for something. Customer service in the Netherlands is known for its low quality, but it has really set a new standard.
20 minutes on the phone to reschedule an appointment with one waiting for you, not normal. If I had just ended the conversation, they would just come to Jan with the short last name. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM PAANS, is not the first time that this is how it goes
This last week of March 2018, Jacob and Adrie installed the central heating in a very professional manner in my Vestia rental property in The Hague. I am very satisfied. And they left everything neatly. Again thanks a lot.
Firma Paans heeft ooit bij mij (+ - 6 jaar geleden) mijn stadsverwarmingsunit vervangen. Na het vervangen alleen maar ellende tot op de dag van vandaag. De unit werd toen vervangen en ik had daarna geen warm water meer. Wat betreft de unit die is zo aangesloten dat je alle draden ziet zitten en zijn weggefrommeld aan de voorkant en als je niet oppast je een schok krijgt als je toevallig de meterstand gaat opnemen. Absoluut niet professioneel en netjes gemonteerd.
Heel vaak is firma Paans terug gekomen en kon er niet uit komen, waarom het tapwater niet heet werd en waarom de radiatoren niet goed warm werden. Firma Paans lag de schuld bij mij neer. Ook werden de overige radiatoren niet genoeg warm, met name in de woonkamer. Ook dit was gebeurd na montage van de unit. Na het vervangen (de unit, zie bovenstaand) door Paans (na heel veel moeite en gesteggel via de rechtsbijstand) is het nooit geworden wat het ooit was geweest. Water is een stuk minder heet en de verwarming, met name in de woonkamer wordt nog steeds niet echt goed warm.
Kort samengevat: Unit niet goed aangesloten en gemonteerd, dit geldt ook voor de bedrading. Veel te weinig warmte in het hele huis. Destijds kon ik geen review schrijven, vandaar nu alsnog. Paans heeft mij (via rechtsbijstand) een stukje schadeloos gesteld. Nadat het allemaal was afgehandeld bleef ik van Paans een tijdje spookfacturen krijgen. Heel naar allemaal. Mijn advies. Ga nooit met dit bedrijf in zee tenzij u problemen wilt.

Today again Paans firm at my door to solve the malfunction of my resume and now they are back with a wrong expansion vessel which is not a one time time but every time again! Make an appointment for the third time. What a worthless Service !!!!! has this company !!!

Komen afspraken niet na. En als ze komen, komen ze tot de conclusie dat ze een ladder nodig hebben, die ze niet bij zich hebben. Vervolgens hoor je niets meer van ze. Waardeloos, ook telefonisch word je van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Degene die er over gaat is altijd aan het lunchen en het beloofde terugbellen, dat gebeurt natuurlijk niet...
Om te beginnen met de positieve punten: Ik werd telefonisch snel en correct te woord gestaan en er werd ook steeds snel een afspraak gemaakt (meestal al de volgende dag). De monteurs zijn vriendelijk en houden zich aan de 1,5m regel. Jammer genoeg kunnen ze geen exacte tijd geven wanneer de monteur langs zal komen (tussen 8:00u en 17:00u), dus zul je daarvoor een hele dag vrij moeten nemen of thuis moeten werken. Helaas heb ik in twee weken tijd drie monteurs over de vloer gehad die allemaal de storing in de cv-ketel niet hebben kunnen oplossen. Het digitale display van de ketel gaf aan dat er een storing met de stromingssensor was, maar volgens de eerste Paans-monteur lag het echt aan lucht in de waterpomp. Nadat de pomp vervangen was door een andere monteur zat ik de volgende dag weer met dezelfde melding. Toen is er weer een monteur langsgeweest en die zei dat het 100% aan het bedieningspaneel zou liggen en niet aan de sensor, ondanks dat de ketel dit aangaf. Hij had geen idee hoe dit op te lossen en heeft uiteindelijk een afspraak gemaakt bij Nefit zelf. Nadat de Nefit-monteur twee dagen later de sensor vervangen had deed alles het weer naar behoren. Waarom er door de monteurs van Paans steeds om het sensorprobleem heen werd gedraaid is me dan ook een volledig raadsel.

I indicate that this is not a service and that I am calling the emergency line for a reason. I might as well have waited until tomorrow to get in touch. The employee comes with a nonsense story that they work in blocks for the housing corporation. What a useless company. Not even worth 1 star
