Cv boiler did not work anymore Sunday in the afternoon, through the housing corporation connected to firm Paans, explained the situation, the first employee creates an expectation that the technician can come by in the evening and that he will contact me. 3 hours later no answer, so I call myself and the employee indicates that it is incredibly busy and that the technician will contact me around half past eight. Around 10 past 9, someone from the firm's planning is calling ... saying that the technician is not going to make it tonight and that it will be tomorrow morning ... the irritation is starting to increase somewhat as the first employees lied. After some discussion I give an agreement and ask what time the technician will arrive tomorrow morning, suddenly it will be the end of the morning / early afternoon. I indicate that this is not a service and that I am calling the emergency line for a reason. I might as well have waited until tomorrow to get in touch. The employee comes with a nonsense story that they work in blocks for the housing corporation. What a useless company.
