Mechanic comes by in the morning for maintenance on the central heating boiler. I come home in the evening at 15 degrees, so I call Paans. I get a lady on the phone who is so blunt and rude, it just shocked me. A technician couldn't come by in the evening (while they have a 24-hour service) so I had to sit home again the next day until a technician comes to fix it. Firstly, I have never asked for this mandatory maintenance, have never been bothered by anything and am now in the cold. Then of course everything can happen, but to respond to me on the phone in such an incredibly rude and service-less way is really unworthy of people. I speak of shame !!!!
