They never call when your supply's are in.Customer service here is horrible.

Had oxygen through them for 5 years never again had so many problems switch to a different company not a single problem now

They say I owe for things back in 2016 2017 and 2018 bringing total over 200.00 never never received a bill in 3 years. Now need new cpac can not get it until paid they said medcare said deductedable was not met have letters that I met all my deductible.someone in office is not doing There job if I did not have to deal with them I wont

I called to see if what I had from my Dr would be sufficient to get my new powerchair.. The lady I spoke with tells me that they won't fill that prescription because I have to use insurance.. I asked if she would give me the name of on e or two DME providers in my area to be told she doesn't know of any and was just rather short with me like I was interrupting her from something more important.. If you don't want to deal with people then get a different job.. I would NOT recommend this place at all

They seriously take advantage of the fact that they are the only DME supplier in the area. One time I took in a script for compression socks for a medical condition. It took them SEVEN MONTHS to get them in the store for me to pick up. That was with me calling once a week or so to check up on them. Another time, I went in with a script for a medical device that is typically prescribed for older people but that my doctor determined that I needed. The person at the desk looked me up and down, then informed me "you're too young for that, you don't need it." This was in spite of the fact that I had given her the script. They have tried to force me to accept an inadequate medical device because that was all they had in stock and they didn't want to order anything else. They have also refused to return a script to me so I could go else were. Basically, run away, as fast as you can.
