They seriously take advantage of the fact that they are the only DME supplier in the area. One time I took in a script for compression socks for a medical condition. It took them SEVEN MONTHS to get them in the store for me to pick up. That was with me calling once a week or so to check up on them. Another time, I went in with a script for a medical device that is typically prescribed for older people but that my doctor determined that I needed. The person at the desk looked me up and down, then informed me "you're too young for that, you don't need it." This was in spite of the fact that I had given her the script. They have tried to force me to accept an inadequate medical device because that was all they had in stock and they didn't want to order anything else. They have also refused to return a script to me so I could go else were. Basically, run away, as fast as you can.
