I called to see if what I had from my Dr would be sufficient to get my new powerchair.. The lady I spoke with tells me that they won't fill that prescription because I have to use insurance.. I asked if she would give me the name of on e or two DME providers in my area to be told she doesn't know of any and was just rather short with me like I was interrupting her from something more important.. If you don't want to deal with people then get a different job.. I would NOT recommend this place at all
