HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - This review is long overdue. I'm so thankful for the great service and the end product that was completed. I provided dimensions and a sample of a mirror that would be used for facedown recovery after eye surgery. They nailed it. Two additional benefits of having P&A do the work were a) they are located within a 15 minute drive of our home and b) FREE customer parking in downtown Hamilton. I have no hesitations about returning. I echo other reviewers: "You gotta call Svenja!! "
The lady on the phone I think her name was Michelle (I hope I spelled it right) was super awesome and went above and beyond her job to get me the stuff I needed quickly I really appreciate it. All in all a very good experience . P.S. She deserves a raise

My experience with P&A has been over a period of approx 10 years. In that time I have developed a great relationship with the P&A Team. Their service level is second to none. At times it seems like I am their only customer. Requests to have the impossible done actually happen and often. A great company to partner up with. It is like having your own Plastics Division.

I have been a customer with P&A for a few years and it has been a real pleasure. All of my orders are always spot on and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Recently I called in a panic to place an order I needed right away for a customer of mine. As I had predicted, the shop was very busy already with a backlog of other orders. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to come right in. They understood that sometimes things happen, and that they would process the order right away. I have to say that there are very few companies left that are will to make exceptions for their customers like that and it is the reason I will be happy to be a customer for many years to come. Poor Customer services. I asked for quotation many days ago and they still do not get back to me. I call them several times and I told them this is rush (Code RED) job and I need it asap. However, their fabrication team just simply ignore your. I left several messages but they never get back to me. I am very disappointed from their services. I definitely look for another supplier.
P&A Plastics were such a pleasure to work with. They replicated our existing shelving in our hair salon for our colour product. The shelving is perfect and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable.

I placed an order for an acyrlic door replacement. They made the door too thin. I already paid in full when placed the order. I was not happy as it would not match the door at home. I asked them why they did not tell me they only had thicker or thinner? They assumed it would be ok with me a little thinner, I was not ok with that. I asked for a partial refund. After arguing with the owner for 45min. or so, he said " we don't need your business"! Really nice words to say to a returning customer. He gave me the option of a refund, or pay for a second door at half price. I did not want a second door. I would have been happy with a partial refund and walked away. This is terrible customer service. Really, for $8?
Very friendly front desk staff. Reasonable price about 50% cheaper than lowes. Cut my plexi in about 10 mins even delivered it to my car. Very impressed. Happy I went there.
I had my Harley Davidson windshield replaced. My old windshield was used as a template. The P & A product is thicker, stronger and more clear and dimensions are the same (except thicker). Swenja was very knowledgeable and helpful in placing the order as well as tips on care and maintenance. Strongly recommend this product over Harley OEM, especially if you are just replacing the windshield and already have the mounting hardware: much cheaper and better product.
