I placed an order for an acyrlic door replacement....

I placed an order for an acyrlic door replacement. They made the door too thin.
I already paid in full when placed the order. I was not happy as it would not match the door at home. I asked them why they did not tell me they only had thicker or thinner?
They assumed it would be ok with me a little thinner, I was not ok with that.
I asked for a partial refund. After arguing with the owner for 45min. or so, he said " we don't need your business"!
Really nice words to say to a returning customer.
He gave me the option of a refund, or pay for a second door at half price. I did not want a second door. I would have been happy with a partial refund and walked away. This is terrible customer service. Really, for $8?
