It seems very unprofessional attitude towards the customer service where no one answers. After two days of attempts by phone, two emails sent and a message in Buzon, NO ONE ANSWERED ME so I can book the activity of visiting the winery and wine tasting.
In the end I contacted Aladinia where they sell their visits to the winery and from there they informed me that they had no availability.

Great place with great service. The tour of the vineyard was awesome. I got walnuts, tried delicious grapes from 85 years old vines. It s true what they say, the older the berry the sweeter the juice . Jeep ride was raw and adventurous. Tasting was generous and the wine was superb. Go and enjoy it!

I give it three stars because in the tasting several things happened that I did not like. I was very punctual, and they made us wait a long time because we waited for those who visited the vineyards.
We go down to the cellar, they begin to explain. They give each person a drink. The glasses were very dirty (being dark does not look good). I had to clean the edges of the cup with a handkerchief. My partner's cup was also dirty. And tell the guide that the cup was dirty .. The group was about 20 people.
Then they did not try to taste a wine in the process of elaboration, of a barrel. Which has not passed any health check (I think it should not be done).
Then they took us to the top where we tried 8 more wines, accompanied by a picapica. I really liked the wines and the explanation of the two people that were there.
When I left I bought a sweet wine and a white wine.
Very nice the area of the vineyard, also interesting to visit the winery, and have fun with the guide.
After enjoying a tour of more than 2 hours, in which we have been able to visit one of its InSitu vineyards, discover thanks to the great guide that accompanied us the different types of vines and their variants.
It still does not end here, the discovery of the bowels of his winery, observe the stages of fermentation, the different copages and the tasting of nine different varieties of their wines, have perfectly completed this great activity and that I recommend.
By the way, despite being accompanied by our 3-year-old daughter, they have managed to liven up all the activities and contemplate offering her a juice for her.
In summary I rarely recommend 5 stars, but this time they correspond.
Great day out. We did the full package and it was really worth it. Felix the guide is very knowledgeable and good fun. Daisy his jeep is an experience !! But it adds to the fun. Lunch afterward at the Fonda was very good.. I would recommend this trip.
